1. Pengenalan

Thank you for choosing the Laserliner MultiScanner Plus 080.967A. This advanced wall scanner is designed to accurately detect various materials hidden behind walls, ceilings, and floors, including wood studs, metal objects (ferrous and non-ferrous), and live AC electrical wires. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure safe and effective use of the device.

4. Persediaan

4.1 Mengecas Bateri

The MultiScanner Plus is equipped with a built-in rechargeable Li-Ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.

1. Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port on the device.

3. The charging indicator on the device will show the charging status. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.

4.2 Penentukuran Awal

For accurate results, the device requires calibration before each scan or when changing scanning modes. Perform calibration on a clear section of the wall, free from any known objects.

1. Tekan ke kuasa butang untuk menghidupkan peranti.
2. Place the device flat against the wall where you intend to scan.
3. Tekan dan tahan butang CAL button until the calibration process is complete (indicated on the display).
4. Move the device slowly across the surface during calibration as instructed on the screen.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Memilih Mod

Tekan ke Mod button to cycle through the available scanning modes: Stud Scan, Metal Scan, and AC Scan.

5.2 Scanning Procedure

Once a mode is selected and the device is calibrated, slowly move the scanner across the surface. The display will provide visual feedback, and an audible signal may indicate detection.

5.3 Detection Modes and Depths

• Stud Scan: Detects wood and metal studs behind drywall. Typical depth: up to 2 cm (0.8 inches).
• AC Scan: Detects live unshielded AC electrical wires. Typical depth: up to 5 cm (2 inches).
• Metal Scan: Detects ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as pipes, rebar, and conduit. Typical depth: up to 10 cm (4 inches) for copper, up to 12 cm (4.7 inches) for rebar.

5.4 Live Wire Warning

The device will display a specific warning icon and/or emit an audible alert when live AC wires are detected, regardless of the selected mode. Always exercise extreme caution when this warning appears.

6. Penyelenggaraan

6.1 Pembersihan

Lap peranti dengan lembut, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the device is dry before storage.

6.2 Penyimpanan

Simpan peranti di tempat yang sejuk dan kering, jauh daripada cahaya matahari langsung dan suhu yang melampau. Jika menyimpan untuk tempoh yang lama, pastikan bateri dicas separa (sekitar 50%) untuk memanjangkan jangka hayatnya.
