1. Place the Clean Base

Choose a location for your Clean Base that is near a power outlet and on a hard, level surface. Ensure there is clear space around the base for the robot to dock and maneuver.

Download the iRobot Home app from your device's app store. The app is essential for setting up your robot, creating Smart Maps, scheduling cleanings, and accessing advanced features.

4. Initial Mapping Run

Once charged, use the iRobot Home app to initiate an initial mapping run. The robot will explore your home to create a Smart Map, which allows for efficient and customized cleaning. Ensure all doors are open and clear any large obstacles.
