1. Attaching the Headband
- Thread the adjustable headband through the two slots on the headlamp kurungan.

- Mod Turbo: When the light is off, press and hold the Power Button (U) for 2 seconds to access Turbo (550 lumens). This mode will automatically step down after 30 seconds to prevent overheating.
Mode Switching (Auxiliary Lights & Special Modes)

- Short press the Mode Button (M) to cycle through light sources: Primary White Light → Auxiliary White Light → Auxiliary Red Light.
- Auxiliary Red Light Modes: When in Auxiliary Red Light mode, short press the Power Button (U) to switch between Red Constant-On and Red Slow Flashing.
- SOS/Beacon: When the light is off, press and hold the Mode Button (M) for 2 seconds to activate SOS. Short press the Mode Button (M) again to switch to Beacon. Press and hold either button for 1 second to turn off.

The NU31 features a lockout function to prevent accidental activation.

The Nitecore NU31 is equipped with a built-in 1800mAh Li-ion battery and a USB-C charging port.
- Open the rubber cover on the side of the headlamp to reveal the USB-C charging port.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the headlamp and a power source (e.g., USB adapter, power bank, computer USB port).
- During charging, the power indicator lights will show the charging status. All four indicators will be steadily lit when charging is complete.
