1. Pengenalan

Thank you for choosing the Yaheetech Bathroom Cabinet. This versatile and functional storage solution is designed to enhance organization in various spaces, including bathrooms, living rooms, entryways, hallways, balconies, and kitchens. Featuring four spacious drawers, a cabinet with an adjustable shelf, and a durable construction, this unit provides ample storage while maintaining a clean aesthetic. Please read this manual carefully before assembly and use to ensure safe and proper operation.

2. Arahan Keselamatan

• Sentiasa pasang kabinet di atas permukaan yang bersih, rata dan lembut untuk mengelakkan calar.
• Pastikan semua skru dan pengikat diketatkan dengan selamat sebelum digunakan. Periksa dan ketatkan semula secara berkala jika perlu.
• Do not overload drawers or shelves. Refer to the specifications section for weight capacities.
• Install the provided anti-tip devices to securely anchor the cabinet to a wall. This is crucial for preventing accidental tipping, especially in households with children or pets.

3. Kandungan Pakej

4. Arahan Perhimpunan

Tools required (not included): Phillips head screwdriver, hammer, measuring tape, pencil.

1. Buka bungkus dan Kenalpasti Bahagian: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface. Refer to the parts list in your separate assembly diagram (if provided) to identify each piece.
2. Pasang Rangka Kabinet: Follow the numerical steps in the provided assembly diagram to connect the side panels, bottom panel, and fixed internal panels using the designated screws and dowels. Ensure all connections are snug.
3. Pasang Panel Belakang: Attach the back panel to the cabinet frame using the small nails or screws provided. Ensure the panel is flush and square. The image below shows the corner connectors for added stability.

4. Pasang Laci: Construct the four drawers by attaching the side panels to the front and back panels. Install the drawer bottoms into the grooves. Attach the drawer slides to the sides of the drawers and the corresponding cabinet sections. The drawers feature a cut-out design for easy pulling.

5. Install Cabinet Door: Attach the hinges to the cabinet door and then to the cabinet frame. Ensure the door opens and closes smoothly. Install the magnetic catch inside the cabinet to keep the door securely closed. Attach the metal knobs to the door and the top drawer.
6. Masukkan Rak Boleh Laras: Place the adjustable shelf into the cabinet section. The shelf can be set at three different heights (25.4 cm, 19 cm, 12.6 cm) to accommodate items of various sizes. The image below illustrates the adjustable shelf positions.

7. Pasang Peranti Anti-Hujung: This is a critical safety step. Securely attach the anti-tip straps to the top rear of the cabinet and then to a wall stud using the provided hardware. This prevents the cabinet from tipping over. The image below shows the anti-tip device installation.

8. Semakan Akhir: Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and all fasteners are tightened. The cabinet should be stable and level.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Menggunakan Laci

The cabinet features four smooth-gliding drawers. To open, gently pull the recessed handle. To close, push the drawer back until it is fully seated. Avoid forcing the drawers, and ensure they are not overloaded to maintain smooth operation.

5.2 Melaraskan Rak

The upper shelf inside the cabinet door is adjustable to three different heights. To adjust, remove any items from the shelf. Carefully lift the shelf and reposition the shelf pins into the desired holes on the cabinet sides. Ensure the shelf is level and securely seated on all four pins before placing items on it.

6. Penyelenggaraan dan Penjagaan

• Pembersihan: Lap permukaan kabinet dengan kain lembut,amp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or excessive water, as these can damage the finish.
• Pemeriksaan perkakasan: Periodically check all screws, bolts, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent wobbling.
• Tumpahan: Immediately wipe up any spills to prevent water damage or staining, especially on the MDF surfaces.
• penempatan: Avoid placing the cabinet in direct sunlight or near heat sources, which can cause discoloration or warping over time.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

7.1 Cabinet is Wobbly

• Penyelesaian: Check all assembly screws and ensure they are fully tightened. Make sure the cabinet is placed on a level surface. If necessary, use shims under the feet to stabilize. Confirm the anti-tip device is properly installed and secured to the wall.

7.2 Laci Tidak Meluncur dengan Lancar

• Penyelesaian: Ensure the drawer slides are correctly aligned and installed. Check for any obstructions in the drawer tracks. Do not overload the drawers beyond their capacity.

7.3 Cabinet Door Does Not Close Properly

• Penyelesaian: Check the hinge alignment and adjust if necessary. Ensure the magnetic catch is properly installed and aligned with the metal plate on the door. Verify that the cabinet frame is square and not warped.
