3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

Your Gotrax XR ELITE MAX Electric Scooter requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to prepare your scooter for its first ride.

3.1 Membuka Lipatan Skuter

The scooter features a one-step folding system for easy storage and portability. To unfold, release the folding mechanism and raise the handlebar stem until it locks securely into place. Ensure the locking mechanism is fully engaged before riding.

3.2 Memasang Bar Hendal

The handlebar needs to be securely attached to the stem. Connect the internal power cable from the handlebar to the stem. Then, slide the handlebar onto the stem, aligning the screw holes. Secure the handlebar using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly.

3.3 Inflasi Tayar

The scooter is equipped with 10-inch pneumatic tires for a comfortable ride. Before your first ride, check the tire pressure and inflate if necessary using the provided adapter for your air pump. Proper tire pressure is crucial for ride quality and battery range.

4. Arahan Operasi

Familiarize yourself with the controls and display before operating the scooter.

4.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

To power on the scooter, press and hold the power button on the digital display for a few seconds. The display will illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again.

4.2 Paparan Digital

The large LCD digital display shows important information including speed (MPH/Km/h), battery level, gear mode (P1/P2), accumulated mileage, and headlight status.

4.3 Gear Modes and Speed

The scooter has two gear modes:

• Gear 1 (P1): Max speed up to 15.5 MPH.
• Gear 2 (P2): Max speed up to 20 MPH.

To switch between gear modes, short press the power button while the scooter is on. The current gear mode will be indicated on the display.

4.4 Throttle and Cruise Control

To accelerate, push down the thumb throttle on the right handlebar. The scooter requires a kick-start (pushing off with your foot) before the throttle will engage for safety. To activate cruise control, hold the throttle down for 10 seconds at your desired speed. The scooter will maintain this speed. To deactivate cruise control, press the throttle or brake lever.

4.5 Sistem Brek

The scooter is equipped with EABS (Electronic Anti-lock Braking System) and a disc brake for sensitive and fast braking. The brake lever is located on the left handlebar. Applying the brake will also activate the rear taillight for increased visibility.

4.6 Lampu Besar dan Lampu Belakang

To turn on the front LED headlight and rear taillight, double-tap the power button. Double-tap again to turn them off. The lights enhance visibility during night rides.
