3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

3.1 Sebelum Anda Bermula

• Ensure all necessary tools and fittings are available.
• Verify the tank's pre-charge pressure. The factory pre-charge is typically 5-7 PSI (pounds per square inch) without water. Use a low-pressure gauge to check and adjust if necessary.
• Position the tank in a suitable location, typically under the sink, ensuring it is level and stable.

3.2 Langkah Pemasangan

1. Sediakan tangki: Place the plastic tank stand on a flat, stable surface. Carefully place the RO storage tank onto the stand.
2. Install the Shut-off Valve: Wrap the threaded end of the tank's stainless steel water connection with 3-4 turns of PTFE (Teflon) tape in a clockwise direction. Thread the included Female Elbow 1/4" FPT x 3/8" Quick-Connect shut-off valve onto the tank's connection. Hand-tighten, then use a wrench to tighten an additional 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Do not overtighten.
3. Connect to RO System: Connect the 3/8" Quick-Connect end of the shut-off valve to the purified water line from your Reverse Osmosis system. Ensure the connection is secure and leak-free.
4. Semak Kebocoran: Slowly turn on the water supply to the RO system and check all connections for leaks. Tighten any leaking connections as needed.
5. Isi Tangki: Allow the RO system to fill the tank completely. This may take several hours depending on your system's production rate. The tank is full when the water flow from the RO faucet slows to a trickle or stops.
6. Flush the Tank: Once the tank is full, open the RO faucet and allow the tank to completely drain. This flushes out any manufacturing residue. Repeat the fill and drain cycle at least two to three times before consuming water.

4. Operasi

The Neo-Pure TP-12P RO Storage Tank operates automatically in conjunction with your reverse osmosis system. As purified water is produced, it flows into the tank, compressing the air bladder. When the RO faucet is opened, the compressed air pushes the stored water out of the tank and through the faucet.

• The tank maintains a reserve of purified water, ensuring immediate access when needed.
• The system's auto shut-off valve will stop water production once the tank is full and restart when water is drawn from the tank.

Regular maintenance ensures the efficient operation and longevity of your RO storage tank.

• Air Pre-charge Check: Periodically (e.g., every 6-12 months), check the air pre-charge pressure when the tank is empty of water. The recommended pressure is typically 5-7 PSI. Adjust with a bicycle pump or air compressor if necessary.
