4. Panduan Persediaan

4.1 Membongkar dan Meletakkan

3. Plug the power cord of the self-emptying base into a wall outlet. Ensure the base is powered on.

4.2 Pengecasan Awal

1. Place the robot vacuum cleaner onto the charging contacts of the self-emptying base. Ensure the contacts align.
2. The robot will begin charging. Allow it to fully charge before its first use. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours. The indicator light on the robot will change to indicate a full charge.

1. Download the "Cecotec Conga" app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Memulakan dan Menghentikan Pembersihan

• Daripada Robot: Press the power button on the robot once to start an automatic cleaning cycle. Press it again to pause or stop.
• Daripada Apl: Open the Cecotec Conga app, select your robot, and tap the "Start" or "Clean" button. You can also pause or stop cleaning from the app.

5.2 Memilih Mod Pembersihan

The Conga 2499 Ultra Home Advanced offers 6 cleaning modes, selectable via the app:

• Auto: Robot itu membersihkan seluruh kawasan dengan bijak, menyesuaikan diri dengan pelbagai jenis lantai.
• rawak: For quick cleaning of small areas.
• Wash (Mopping): Activates the mopping function. Ensure the mixed tank is filled with water and the mopping cloth is attached.

5.3 Fungsi Mop

1. Fill the mixed tank with clean water. Do not use detergents or harsh chemicals unless specifically approved by Cecotec.
2. Attach the mopping cloth securely to the mixed tank.
3. Insert the mixed tank into the robot.
4. Select the "Wash" mode from the app. You can also adjust the water flow level (3 levels available) via the app.

5.4 Carpet Cleaning (Turbo Mode)

The robot automatically detects carpets and activates Turbo mode for increased suction power to ensure thorough cleaning of carpeted surfaces.

5.5 Pulangan Automatik ke Pangkalan

When the battery is low or a cleaning cycle is complete, the robot will automatically return to its self-emptying base to recharge and empty its dustbin. Thanks to Total Surface Technology, if the battery runs low mid-cycle, it will recharge and then resume cleaning from where it stopped.

5.6 Ciri Kawalan Aplikasi

• Cleaning Map: View the real-time cleaning map and the robot's path.

6. Penyelenggaraan

Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance and longevity of your robot vacuum cleaner.

6.1 Emptying the Auto-Emptying Base Bag

The 3L hygienic bag in the auto-emptying base should be replaced when full. The app or base indicator may alert you. To replace:

1. Open the lid of the auto-emptying base.
2. Carefully remove the full hygienic bag, ensuring the opening is sealed to prevent dust leakage.
3. Dispose of the full bag and insert a new 3L hygienic bag, ensuring it is properly seated.

6.2 Cleaning the Robot's Dustbin (if applicable)

Even with the auto-empty base, it's recommended to periodically check and clean the robot's internal dustbin and filter.

The high-efficiency filter should be cleaned regularly (e.g., weekly) and replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

2. Remove the filter from the dustbin. Tap it gently over a trash can to remove dust. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water.
3. Reinstall the clean filter and dustbin.

6.5 Cleaning the Mixed Tank and Mopping Cloth

• After each mopping session, empty any remaining water from the mixed tank. Rinse the tank with clean water and allow it to air dry.
• Remove the mopping cloth and wash it by hand or machine. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching.

Wipe the robot's sensors (anti-drop, anti-collision) and the charging contacts on both the robot and the base with a clean, dry cloth to ensure proper function.
