The CERAKOTE MC-156 PRO High Gloss Ceramic Clear is a lower viscosity version of MC-160, allowing for application at lower film thicknesses (0.25 mil) where tolerance is critical. It provides a high-gloss finish with color stability up to 300°F. This air-cured ceramic clear coating is ideal for paint protection, removing scratches, water spots, grease, and oxidation.

4. Persediaan
Proper surface preparation is crucial for optimal adhesion and performance of the ceramic coating. Ensure the application is performed in a clean environment, out of direct sunlight.
- Surface Correction: The vehicle's paint should already be corrected. This typically includes steps like clay barring to remove contaminants and paint correction (polishing) to eliminate swirls and imperfections.
- Final Wipe: Finish the preparation by wiping the paint with isopropyl alcohol. This step removes any residue from the paint correction process, ensuring a clean surface for coating application.

5. Arahan Permohonan
Follow these steps for applying the CERAKOTE MC-156 PRO High Gloss Ceramic Clear:
- Shake Bottle: Shake the product bottle for approximately 30 seconds to ensure proper mixing.
- Sediakan Aplikator: Use a microfiber application pad. Generously wet the surface of the pad with the ceramic clear coating. The pad should feel slick and glide across the surface.
- Mohon dalam Bahagian: Work in manageable sections, typically 3-foot areas. Apply the coating using a cross-hatch application method, ensuring even coverage.
- Finish Edges: After covering the main area of the section, carefully finish off the edges.

- Buffing: Start a timer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, begin buffing the surface using new, high-quality microfiber cloths. A two-towel buffing method is recommended: one towel to level and remove excess coating, and a second towel to buff to a deep shine.
- Rewet Applicator: For each new section, rewet your application pad with additional coating to maintain proper saturation.
6. Curing & Post-Application
Adhere to the following curing guidelines for best results:
- Ready to Return: Allow the coating to cure for a minimum of 2 hours at 65°F (18°C) or higher before returning the vehicle to the customer or exposing it to moisture.
- Ready to Wash: Allow the coating to cure for a full 24 hours at 65°F (18°C) or higher before washing the vehicle.
