The BUNN Axiom 15-3 is designed for user-friendly operation.
Membancuh Kopi
- Prepare Brew Funnel: Insert a paper filter into the brew funnel. Add the desired amount of ground coffee to the filter.
- Tempat Carafe: Position an empty coffee carafe (sold separately) on the designated warmer plate beneath the brew funnel.
- Initiate Brew: Ensure the unit displays "READY TO BREW" and the water temperature is optimal (e.g., 200°F). Press the BREW button on the control panel. The machine will automatically draw water and begin the brewing process.
- Pantau Pembuatan Bir: Brewing typically takes approximately 3 minutes per pot. The unit features pre-infusion and pulse brew for optimal coffee extraction.
- Warmer Operation: The unit has three lower warmers to keep brewed coffee hot. Use the DEPAN dan BELAKANG buttons on the control panel to activate or deactivate the warmers as needed. An energy-saver mode is available to reduce tank temperature during idle periods.

- Pour the descaling solution into the water tank (via the top opening).
- Place an empty carafe under the brew funnel.
- Plug in the unit and initiate a brew cycle. Allow the solution to run through.
- After the cycle, let the unit sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Run several cycles of fresh, clean water through the machine to thoroughly rinse out any descaling solution.
