5. Important Data Handling Notes
To protect your data and ensure the longevity of your SSK External SSD, please adhere to the following critical guidelines:
- Sandarkan Data Penting: Always back up any important data promptly to prevent loss.
- Safe Eject: Always perform a safe "eject" operation (e.g., "Safely Remove Hardware" on Windows, "Eject" on Mac) each time before physically unplugging the drive.
- Elakkan Pemutusan Sambungan Secara Mengejut: Never unplug the drive during data transfers, and avoid any sudden power loss to the device.
Failing to follow these methods could prevent the drive from mounting normally on the next use and may require reformatting before it can be used again. Repeated improper disconnections can also cause irreversible damage to the drive and the data stored on it!

6. Penyelesaian masalah
- Pemanduan Tidak Dikesan:

- Try the other included USB cable.

- Check your device's Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac) to see if the drive is visible but unformatted or uninitialized.
- Kelajuan Pemindahan Lambat:
- Ensure your device's USB port supports USB 3.2 Gen2 (10Gbps) for maximum speed. Older USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports will result in slower speeds.
