A: An unstable or incompatible power adapter cannot provide enough current and support normal working. Please try to replace it with a regular, compliant 5V/1A adapter made by professional, legitimate manufacturers.

Q: The remote control does not work, how to fix?

A:

1. Please remove the transparent battery insulation sheet from the bottom of the remote control.
2. When operating the remote control, please aim at the infrared sensor on the bottom of the clock and avoid other obstructions that may affect infrared reception. Note: The effective distance is within about 3.5 meters.

Q: How do I stop the time separator from blinking?
