1. Arahan Keselamatan Penting

The Sencor SPR 3600WH Electric Pressure Cooker consists of the following main components:

• Unit Utama: Menempatkan elemen pemanas dan panel kawalan.

2.2 Panel Kawalan

The control panel features a digital display and various buttons for operation:

• paparan: Shows cooking time, temperature, and program status.
• Program Pratetap: Icons for 14 different cooking functions (e.g., Fry, Stew, Meat, Fish, Rice, Bread, Pasta, Vegetables, Slow Cook, Yoghurt, Desserts, Oven, Cake, Steam).
• Butang Pratetap: Selects preset cooking programs.
• +/- Butang: Adjust time, temperature, or other settings.
• Texture Button: Adjusts cooking texture (e.g., Light, Standard, Strong for some programs).
• Butang Manual: For custom cooking settings.
• Butang Pastikan Panas/Batal: To cancel a program or activate/deactivate the keep warm function.
• Butang Mula: Memulakan program memasak yang dipilih.
• Tombol Menu: Used to navigate through options and confirm selections.

3. Persediaan dan Penggunaan Pertama

3.1 Membongkar

Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the pressure cooker for any damage. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.

3.2 Pembersihan Awal

1. Wash the inner pot, lid (including the sealing ring and valves), and all accessories with warm, soapy water.

3.3 Perhimpunan

1. Place the inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits correctly and is level.
2. Check that the sealing ring is properly seated inside the lid.
3. Ensure the pressure release valve and float valve are clear and free of debris.
4. Place the lid onto the main unit, aligning the arrow on the lid with the unlock symbol on the cooker body. Rotate clockwise until it locks into place, aligning with the lock symbol.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Operasi Asas

1. Sediakan Bahan: Place desired ingredients and liquid into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (2/3 full for most foods, 1/2 full for expanding foods).
2. Tutup Tudung: Securely close the lid as described in Section 3.3. Ensure the pressure release valve is set to the "Sealing" position.
3. Pasangkan: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
4. Pilih Program:
   • Program Pratetap: Press the "Preset" button repeatedly or use the "Menu" knob to cycle through the 14 available programs (e.g., Fry, Stew, Meat, Fish, Rice, Bread, Pasta, Vegetables, Slow Cook, Yoghurt, Desserts, Oven, Cake, Steam). The selected program icon will light up.
   • Laraskan Tetapan (jika berkenaan): For some programs, you can adjust cooking time using the "+/-" buttons or texture (Light, Standard, Strong) using the "Texture" button.
   • Mod Manual: Press the "Manual" button to set custom cooking time and temperature. Use the "+/-" buttons to adjust values.
5. Mula Memasak: Press the "Start" button to begin the cooking process. The cooker will preheat, build pressure, and then begin the countdown.
6. Pelepasan Tekanan: Once cooking is complete, the cooker will beep and automatically switch to "Keep Warm" mode. To release pressure:
   • Pelepasan Semulajadi: Allow the pressure to dissipate naturally. This is recommended for foamy foods or large cuts of meat. The float valve will drop when pressure is released.
   • Siaran Pantas: Carefully turn the pressure release valve to the "Venting" position. Awas: Hot steam will be released. Keep hands and face away from the valve.
7. Tudung Buka: Once the float valve has dropped, indicating all pressure is released, rotate the lid counter-clockwise and lift it carefully away from your face.

The Sencor SPR 3600WH offers 14 preset programs for various dishes. Each program has optimized default settings, which can often be adjusted.

Examples of cooking with preset programs:

• Pasta: Select the "Pasta" program. Add pasta and water according to recipe. The cooker will automatically set the appropriate pressure and time.
• Rebus: Use the "Stew" program for tender meats and vegetables.
• Stim: Place food on the steamer basket with water below. Select "Steam" for healthy cooking of vegetables or fish.

4.3 Fungsi Kekalkan Panas

After cooking, the appliance automatically enters "Keep Warm" mode to maintain food temperature. Press the "Keep Warm/Cancel" button to exit this mode.

5.1 Cleaning the Inner Pot and Accessories

• After each use, allow the inner pot to cool completely.
• Wash the inner pot and accessories with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.

• Clean the pressure release valve and float valve to ensure they are free of food particles. Use a small brush if necessary.
