2. Persediaan

2.1 Membongkar dan Penyediaan

Upon receiving your SUNLU PLA Matte filament, ensure the vacuum-sealed packaging is intact. Open the package carefully and remove the filament spool. It is recommended to store unused filament in its sealed bag with desiccant to prevent moisture absorption.

2.2 Spool Installation (Reusable Spool)

Some SUNLU filaments come with a reusable spool design. To install, find the 'Line 1', 'unlock', and 'lock' marks on the spool. Align the marks to unlock, install the filament, and then turn 'Line 1' to 'lock' to secure it.

2.3 Printer Compatibility

SUNLU PLA Matte filament is designed to be compatible with most FDM 3D printers. Ensure your printer's filament holder can accommodate a spool diameter of 8.00 inches, a spool width of 2.50 inches, and a spool hub hole diameter of 2.20 inches.

4.1 Filament Storage

To maintain filament quality and prevent moisture absorption, always store unused filament in its original vacuum-sealed bag with the included desiccant. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

4.2 Dealing with Knotted Filament

In rare cases, filament may become knotted. If you encounter a knot, carefully unspool the affected section and smooth out any twists or tangles before re-spooling. Always ensure the filament end is secured in the spool's wire hole when not in use to prevent tangling.
