This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Pentair FreshPoint F2000-B2B 2-Stage Undersink Water Filtration System. This system is designed to provide cleaner, refreshing water directly from your desired sink, reducing over 60 contaminants including PFAS (PFOA/PFOS).

Persediaan dan Pemasangan
Follow these steps to properly install your Pentair FreshPoint F2000-B2B system. Ensure you have all necessary tools and components before beginning.
Petua Pemasangan:

- The system can be installed with cartridge flush to the baseboard if desired, as the mechanical assist lever pushes cartridges straight out.
- A magnetic timer may be removed from the system and placed in alternative locations such as on the refrigerator.

Langkah Pemasangan Umum:
- Sediakan Kawasan: Clear the space under your sink where the filter system will be mounted. Ensure easy access for future filter changes.
- Mount the Filter Head: Securely mount the filter head to the cabinet wall using the provided screws. Ensure it is level and at least 2 inches higher than the bottom of the cabinet to allow for easier filter changes.
- Sambungkan Bekalan Air: Shut off the cold water supply to your sink. Disconnect the existing cold water line from the faucet.
- Install Inlet/Outlet Hoses: Connect the inlet hose from the cold water supply valve to the 'IN' port on the filter head. Connect the outlet hose from the 'OUT' port on the filter head to your faucet's cold water line. Use the 3/8" push fittings for easy connection. If your angle valve outlet is 1/2", use the provided 3/8"-1/2" converter.
- Pasang Faucet (jika berkenaan): If installing a new dedicated faucet, follow its specific instructions for mounting and connecting to the filtered water line.
- Pulihkan Bekalan Air: Slowly turn on the cold water supply valve. Check for any leaks.
- Siram Sistem: Turn on the filtered water faucet and allow water to run for at least 5 minutes to flush out air and carbon fines before initial use.
Arahan Operasi
Once installed, your Pentair FreshPoint F2000-B2B system operates automatically. Simply turn on your dedicated filtered water faucet to dispense clean, filtered water. The system is designed for continuous use with cold water only.
Note that you may experience a slight decrease in water pressure compared to your unfiltered cold water line, which is normal for filtration systems.
Penyelenggaraan
Regular maintenance, primarily filter cartridge replacement, is essential to ensure optimal performance and water quality.
Penggantian Kartrij Penapis:
- Replace cartridges after 675 gelen or setiap 1 tahun, yang mana dahulu.
- Cartridges should be replaced earlier if you notice diminished flow or a change in water taste/odor.
- The system features integrated check valves, allowing for cartridge changes without needing to shut off the main cold water line.
- To replace, simply click out the old cartridges and click in the new ones, ensuring the color-coded cartridges are in the correct sequence.
