1. Pengenalan
This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your GEEKOM IT8 Mini PC. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper operation and to prevent damage.
The GEEKOM IT8 is a compact desktop computer featuring an Intel Core i5-8259U processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and a 256GB SSD, pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro. It supports 4K display output and offers versatile connectivity options.

3. Panduan Persediaan
3.1 Menyambung Peranti
- Paparan Sambungkan: Connect your monitor or TV to the Mini PC using the provided HDMI cable or a Mini DisplayPort cable (not included). The Mini PC supports 4K resolution.
- Sambungkan Papan Kekunci dan Tetikus: Pasangkan papan kekunci dan tetikus USB anda ke port USB yang tersedia.
- Sambungkan Rangkaian: For wired internet, connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port. For wireless internet, the device supports 2.4G/5.0G WiFi.
- Sambungkan Kuasa: Plug the power adapter into the Mini PC's power inlet, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.

3.2 Menghidupkan dan Persediaan Awal
- Tekan butang kuasa yang terletak di hadapan Mini PC. Lampu penunjuk kuasa akan menyala.
- The Mini PC will boot into Windows 11 Pro. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial Windows setup, including language selection, network connection, and user account creation.
3.3 Pemasangan Pemasangan VESA
The included VESA mount allows you to attach the Mini PC to the back of a compatible monitor or TV, saving desk space.
- Attach the VESA bracket to the back of your monitor using the provided screws. Ensure the bracket is securely fastened.
- Slide the GEEKOM IT8 Mini PC onto the VESA bracket until it clicks into place.
4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Operasi Asas
- Hidupkan kuasa: Tekan butang kuasa.
- Tutup: Klik butang Mula dalam Windows, kemudian pilih Kuasa > Matikan.
- Mulakan semula: Klik butang Mula dalam Windows, kemudian pilih Kuasa > Mulakan semula.
- tidur: Klik butang Mula dalam Windows, kemudian pilih Kuasa > Tidur.
4.2 Ketersambungan
- Wi-Fi: To connect to a wireless network, click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar, select your network, and enter the password.
- Bluetooth: The Mini PC supports Bluetooth 4.2 for connecting wireless peripherals like headphones or speakers. Enable Bluetooth in Windows settings to pair devices.
- Port USB: Use the USB 3.2 and USB-C ports for connecting external drives, USB flash drives, and other USB devices.
- Pembaca Kad SD: Insert an SD card into the dedicated slot to access media files.
4.3 Multi-Tasking and Display
The GEEKOM IT8 Mini PC is designed for efficient multi-tasking, supporting various applications simultaneously. It comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed, offering a robust operating environment.

The Mini PC supports 4K resolution output, allowing for high-definition visual experiences on compatible displays. You can connect multiple monitors using the HDMI and Mini DP ports for an extended desktop workspace.

5. Penyelenggaraan
5.1 Pembersihan
To maintain optimal performance and appearance, regularly clean your Mini PC:
- Gunakan kain lembut dan kering untuk mengelap permukaan luar.
- Untuk calitan degil, sedikit dampen kain dengan air atau pembersih yang lembut dan tidak melelas.
- Elakkan menyembur cecair terus ke atas peranti.
- Use compressed air to gently clear dust from vents and ports.
5.2 Kemas Kini Perisian
Keep your Windows 11 Pro operating system updated to ensure security and performance. Go to Tetapan > Kemas Kini Windows untuk menyemak dan memasang kemas kini yang tersedia.
Periodically check the official GEEKOM website for updated drivers or firmware for your IT8 Mini PC.
5.3 Storan dan Pengembangan Memori
The GEEKOM IT8 Mini PC supports memory and storage upgrades. You can expand the RAM up to 32GB and add a 2.5-inch HDD/SSD for additional storage (up to 1TB).

Note: Opening the device to perform upgrades may void your warranty if not done correctly. Consult GEEKOM support or a qualified technician if you are unsure.
6. Penyelesaian masalah
If you encounter issues with your GEEKOM IT8 Mini PC, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Tiada Kuasa:
- Pastikan penyesuai kuasa disambungkan dengan selamat ke PC Mini dan salur keluar kuasa yang berfungsi.
- Cuba salur keluar kuasa yang berbeza.
- Tiada Paparan:
- Verify that the HDMI or Mini DP cable is securely connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor.
- Pastikan monitor dihidupkan dan ditetapkan kepada sumber input yang betul.
- Cuba kabel paparan atau monitor lain jika tersedia.
- No Internet Connection (Wi-Fi/Ethernet):
- For Wi-Fi, check if the Wi-Fi adapter is enabled in Windows settings and if you are connected to the correct network with the right password.
- For Ethernet, ensure the cable is properly connected to both the Mini PC and your router/modem. Check your router's status.
- Mulakan semula penghala/modem anda dan Mini PC.
- Prestasi Perlahan:
- Tutup aplikasi yang tidak perlu berjalan di latar belakang.
- Semak dan pasang sebarang kemas kini Windows yang belum selesai.
- Ensure there is sufficient free space on your SSD.

- Mulakan semula PC Mini.
- Semak pengeluar website for updated drivers for the peripheral.
