The PARKSIDE® PKS 1500 B3 is designed for precise cutting of wood and plastic materials. Its features include a laser for enhanced cutting precision, a continuously tiltable saw head, and adjustable miter angles.
2. Arahan Keselamatan

4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
Sebelum mengendalikan gergaji mitra, pastikan ia dipasang dan diikat dengan betul.
4.1 Membongkar
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any damage during transit. Keep packaging materials for future storage or transport.
4.2 Pemasangan Meja Kerja
For stable and safe operation, it is recommended to mount the miter saw to a workbench. Mounting hardware is not included. Use appropriate bolts and nuts to secure the saw through the designated holes in its base.
4.3 Attaching the Dust Bag / External Dust Extraction
- Locate the dust extraction port at the rear of the saw blade housing.
- To attach the dust collection bag, simply slide its opening over the extraction port until it is securely fitted.
- For external dust extraction, connect a suitable vacuum hose (not included) to the extraction port.

4.4 Installing Laser Batteries
The laser guide requires 2 Alkaline batteries (included). Refer to the laser module for battery compartment location and correct polarity.
5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Menyediakan Bahan Kerja

- Adjust the side support brackets if needed for longer workpieces.

5.2 Adjusting Miter Angle
- Longgarkan tombol kunci mitra.
- Rotate the turntable to the desired angle (continuously adjustable or using fixed detents for common angles). The miter scale ranges from -45° to +45°.
- Ketatkan tombol kunci mitra dengan selamat.
5.3 Adjusting Bevel Angle (Saw Head Tilt)
- Loosen the bevel lock lever.
- Tilt the saw head to the desired angle. The saw head is continuously tiltable from 0° to 45°.
- Tighten the bevel lock lever securely.

5.4 Membuat Potongan
- Pastikan bahan kerja berada dalam keadaan selamatamped and all adjustments are tightened.
- Lower the saw blade slightly to align the laser line with your desired cut line.
- Press the power switch to start the motor. Allow the blade to reach full operating speed (5000 min⁻¹).
- Turunkan mata gergaji secara perlahan-lahan melalui bahan kerja. Jangan paksa potong.
- Setelah pemotongan selesai, lepaskan suis kuasa dan biarkan bilah berhenti sepenuhnya sebelum menaikkan kepala gergaji.
- Remove the cut workpiece and clear any debris.

6. Penyelenggaraan
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your miter saw. Always disconnect the power plug before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
6.1 Pembersihan
- After each use, clean the saw from sawdust and debris using a brush or compressed air.
- Lap permukaan luar dengan iklanamp kain. Jangan gunakan bahan kimia yang keras.
- Pastikan bukaan pengudaraan bersih daripada halangan.
6.2 Saw Blade Replacement
A dull or damaged saw blade can lead to poor cuts and increased risk. Replace the blade when necessary using the provided tool.
- Putuskan sambungan gergaji daripada kuasa.
- Refer to the saw blade guard for instructions on how to safely access the blade.
- Use the provided tool to loosen the blade retaining nut.
- Tanggalkan bilah lama dengan berhati-hati, perhatikan arah putarannya.
- Install the new blade (Ø 210 mm, 48 teeth recommended) ensuring the teeth are oriented correctly for cutting.
- Tighten the retaining nut securely.
- Reassemble the blade guard.
6.3 Penggantian Berus Karbon
The motor's carbon brushes wear over time. Replace them when they are significantly worn to maintain motor performance. Two replacement carbon brushes are included.

- Insert the new carbon brushes, ensuring they slide freely.
