5. Persediaan

5.1 Penempatan dan Aras

1. Place the balance on a firm, stable, and level surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, vibrations, and air currents (e.g., from air conditioning).
2. Adjust the four height-adjustable feet located at the bottom of the balance until the bubble in the spirit level indicator is centered. This ensures accurate measurements.

5.2 Sambungan Kuasa

The balance can be powered by either the AC adapter or batteries.

• Kuasa AC: Connect the provided AC adapter to the power input port at the rear of the balance and then plug it into a suitable electrical outlet (AC 100V-240V).
• Kuasa Bateri: For portable use, open the battery compartment on the underside of the balance and insert four (4) DC1.5V batteries (AA size, not included), ensuring correct polarity.

6. Arahan Operasi

6.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

• Tekan ke HIDUP/MATI button (usually marked with a power symbol) to turn the balance on.
• The display will show a self-test sequence and then settle at '0.000g'.
• Tekan dan tahan butang HIDUP/MATI button to turn the balance off.

6.2 Fungsi Tara

The Tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so only the net weight of the contents is measured.

1. Place an empty container on the weighing pan. The display will show its weight.
2. Tekan ke TARE/CAL button. The display will reset to '0.000g'.
3. Add the items to be weighed into the container. The display will show the net weight of the items.

6.3 Penukaran Unit

The balance supports 19 different measurement units.

• Tekan ke UNIT button to cycle through the available measurement units (e.g., g, kg, ct, oz, lb).
• The currently selected unit will be indicated on the LCD display.

6.4 Counting Function (PCS)

This function allows you to count a large number of identical items based on a sampberat badan.

1. Place a known quantity of items (e.g., 10, 20, 50, 100 pieces) on the pan.
