The unit features an LCD screen for easy status monitoring and is built with an IP65 waterproof rating for use in various weather conditions.

2. Persediaan
2.1 Installation on Helmet
The TCOM-SC unit can be easily mounted to most motorcycle helmets using the provided clip or adhesive mount. Ensure the unit is securely attached and the microphone and speakers are positioned correctly for optimal audio.
- Choose a suitable location on the side of your helmet for the intercom unit.
- Attach the mounting clip or adhesive pad to the helmet.
- Slide the TCOM-SC unit onto the clip or firmly press it onto the adhesive pad.
- Install the speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets, ensuring they are aligned with your ears.
- Position the microphone in front of your mouth, ensuring it is close enough for clear voice pickup but does not obstruct your vision.

2.2 Berpasangan Bluetooth
To use the intercom functions, you must pair the TCOM-SC with your mobile phone and/or other TCOM-SC units.
2.2.1 Berpasangan dengan Telefon Bimbit
- Ensure the TCOM-SC unit is powered off.
- Press and hold the Power/Intercom button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- Pada telefon bimbit anda, dayakan Bluetooth dan cari peranti yang tersedia.
- Select "FreedConn TCOM-SC" from the list. If prompted, enter "0000" as the PIN.
- Setelah dipasangkan, penunjuk LED akan berkelip biru perlahan-lahan.
2.2.2 Pairing with Another TCOM-SC Unit (Intercom)
- Ensure both TCOM-SC units are powered off.
- On both units, press and hold the Power/Intercom button until the LED indicators flash red and blue alternately.
- Briefly press the Power/Intercom button on one of the units. The units will search for each other.
- Once paired, the LED indicators on both units will flash blue slowly, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

3. Arahan Operasi
3.1 Fungsi Asas
- Hidupkan kuasa: Press and hold the Power/Intercom button for approximately 3 seconds.
- Matikan: Press and hold the Power/Intercom button for approximately 5 seconds.
- Pelarasan Kelantangan: Rotate the jog dial forward to increase volume, backward to decrease volume.

3.2 Komunikasi Interkom
Once two TCOM-SC units are paired, you can initiate intercom communication.
- Mulakan Interkom: Briefly press the Power/Intercom button.
- Tamatkan Interkom: Briefly press the Power/Intercom button again.
3.3 Main Semula dan Perkongsian Muzik
Connect your TCOM-SC to a Bluetooth-enabled music device to enjoy music. Music can also be shared with a paired intercom unit.

- Main/Jeda Muzik: Tekan butang Pelbagai fungsi sebentar.

- Trek Sebelumnya: Rotate the jog dial backward and hold for 2 seconds.
- Perkongsian Muzik: While music is playing, briefly press the Multi-function button twice to initiate music sharing with a paired intercom unit.
3.4 Phone Calls and Voice Assistant
When paired with your mobile phone, the TCOM-SC allows for hands-free calling and voice assistant activation.

- Jawab Panggilan: Briefly press the Phone button.
- Tamatkan Panggilan: Briefly press the Phone button.
- Tolak Panggilan: Tekan dan tahan butang Telefon selama 2 saat.
- Dail Semula Nombor Terakhir: Briefly press the Phone button twice.
- Aktifkan Pembantu Suara (Siri/Google Assistant): Press and hold the Phone button for 2 seconds (after pairing with phone).
3.5 Radio FM
The TCOM-SC includes an integrated FM radio function.
- Hidupkan/Matikan Radio FM: Tekan dan tahan butang Berbilang fungsi selama 2 saat.
- Stesen Imbasan: Briefly press the Multi-function button to scan for the next available station.
4. Penyelenggaraan
4.1 Mengecas
To ensure optimal performance and battery longevity, charge the TCOM-SC unit regularly.
- Connect the charging cable to the unit's charging port and a USB power source.
- Penunjuk LED akan menunjukkan status pengecasan (cth, merah untuk mengecas, biru untuk dicas penuh).
- Pengecasan penuh biasanya mengambil masa lebih kurang 2 jam.

4.2 Kalis air
The TCOM-SC has an IP65 waterproof rating, providing protection against dust and water splashes. This means it can withstand light to moderate rain.

- While the device is water-resistant, avoid submerging it in water or exposing it to extreme weather conditions like heavy downpours for extended periods.
- Ensure all ports are securely closed when not in use to maintain water resistance.
5. Penyelesaian masalah
- Tiada Kuasa: Ensure the unit is fully charged. Connect to a power source and check the charging indicator.
- Tidak boleh berpasangan: Ensure both devices are in pairing mode and within range. Try restarting both devices and repeating the pairing process.
- Tiada Bunyi/Kelantangan Rendah: Check volume levels on both the intercom and the connected device. Ensure speakers are correctly positioned inside the helmet.
- Interkom memutuskan sambungan: Ensure units are within effective communication range (400-800m for bike-to-bike). Obstacles and terrain can affect range.
- Kualiti Audio/Statik Lemah: Move away from sources of electromagnetic interference. Ensure microphone is positioned correctly and not blocked. CVC noise reduction helps, but extreme wind or engine noise can still affect clarity.
