This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient use of your Ariete Moderna Slim Espresso Machine, model 1381/14. Please read all instructions carefully before first use and keep this manual for future reference.

Arahan Keselamatan

Persediaan
- Membongkar: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all parts are present.
- Pembersihan Pertama: Wash the water tank, portafilter, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Mengisi Tangki Air:Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX level. Replace the tank securely. The tank has a 1.1 liter capacity.

- Kitaran Bilas Permulaan: Before making coffee, perform an initial rinse.

- Press the power button to turn on the machine. Wait for the indicator lights to stop flashing, indicating the machine is heated.
- Press the single shot button to dispense water. Repeat this process a few times to prime the system.
Arahan Operasi
Making Espresso (Ground Coffee)
- Ensure the water tank is filled and the machine is preheated (indicator lights solid).
- Insert the desired filter (single or double shot) into the portafilter.
- Add finely ground coffee to the filter. For a single shot, use approximately 7g; for a double shot, use approximately 14g. Tamp kopi sekata denganampeh.

Making Espresso (ESE Pods)
- Use the specific filter for ESE pods.
- Place one ESE pod into the filter.
- Follow steps 4-7 from the "Making Espresso (Ground Coffee)" section.
Making Cappuccino / Steaming Milk
- Pastikan mesin dihidupkan dan telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu.
- Isi jag dengan susu sejuk (tenusu atau bukan tenusu) sehingga kira-kira satu pertiga penuh.
- Tekan ke butang wap (steam icon) on the control panel. The indicator light will flash, then become solid when the machine reaches steaming temperature.

- Position the steam wand just below the surface of the milk in the pitcher.
- Pusingkan steam/hot water knob counter-clockwise to release steam.Move the pitcher up and down to create foam. Continue until the milk reaches the desired temperature and consistency.

- Turn the steam knob clockwise to stop the steam.

Fungsi Air Panas
The steam wand can also dispense hot water for teas or Americanos.

- Turn the knob clockwise to stop the hot water flow.
Penyelenggaraan dan Pembersihan
Pembersihan berkala memastikan prestasi optimum dan memanjangkan hayat mesin espresso anda.
- Pembersihan Harian:
- Kosongkan dan bilas dulang titisan selepas setiap penggunaan.
- Bersihkan penapis porta dan bakul penapis selepas setiap penggunaan.
- Lap tongkat stim dengan segera selepas susu berbuih.
- Lap bahagian luar mesin dengan iklanamp kain.
- Tangki Air: Bersihkan tangki air secara berkala dengan air suam dan detergen ringan. Bilas sehingga bersih.
- Mengurangkan: Over time, mineral deposits can build up. Descale your machine every 2-3 months, or more frequently if you have hard water. Use a commercial descaling solution specifically designed for espresso machines and follow the product's instructions.
- Matikan automatik: The machine features an automatic shut-off after 25 minutes of inactivity to save energy.
