3. Persediaan
- Membongkar: Keluarkan penimbang dari pembungkusannya dengan berhati-hati.
- Pemasangan Bateri: The scale comes with 2 AAA batteries pre-installed. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale and remove the protective tab to activate the batteries.

4. Arahan Operasi
- Sambungan Bluetooth:
- Pastikan Bluetooth didayakan pada telefon pintar anda.
- Open the Fitdays app.
- Step onto the scale with bare feet. The scale will automatically power on and attempt to connect to the app.
- Once connected, your measurements will appear in the app.
- Mengambil Pengukuran:
- Step onto the scale with bare, dry feet, ensuring your feet are positioned on the metal electrodes for accurate body composition analysis.
- Stand still until your weight is displayed on the scale's LED screen and the app shows "Finished".
- The app will then display all 14 body indicators.
- Fungsi Berbilang Pengguna:
- Within the Fitdays app, you can create and manage up to 24 user profiles.
- The scale can intelligently recognize different users based on their weight data.
- To use "Baby Mode", select this option in the app. First, weigh yourself, then step off. Next, step back on holding your baby to get the baby's weight.
- Data Tracking and Syncing:
- The Fitdays app provides detailed charts and saves historical data, allowing you to track changes in your body composition over days, weeks, months, or years.
- You can sync your data with other fitness apps such as Apple Health and Samsung Health for a centralized view of your health information.

5. Penyelenggaraan
- Pembersihan: The tempered glass surface is easy to clean. Use a damp kain dan detergen ringan jika perlu. Elakkan pembersih yang kasar atau bahan kimia yang keras.
- Storan: Simpan penimbang di tempat yang kering, jauh daripada suhu ekstrem dan cahaya matahari langsung.
- Penggantian Bateri: When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace both AAA batteries with new ones.
