2. Arahan Keselamatan

5. Persediaan
5.1 Perhimpunan
The EasyThreed K3 comes with an integrated structure and is semi-assembled, making the setup process quick and straightforward. Follow the included visual guide or video instructions (if provided on the TF card) for detailed assembly steps. Typically, this involves attaching the gantry to the base and connecting a few cables.
5.2 Hidupkan Kuasa Awal
- Sambungkan penyesuai kuasa ke pencetak dan soket kuasa yang sesuai.
- Turn on the power switch, usually located at the back or side of the printer.
- The printer's display (if available) should light up, indicating it is ready for operation.
5.3 Pemuatan Filamen
- Ensure the nozzle is heated to the appropriate temperature for PLA (180-230°C).
- Insert the filament into the filament sensor (if present) and then into the extruder's intake hole.
- Push the filament through until it exits the nozzle. You may need to manually extrude a small amount to ensure it flows smoothly and is free of air bubbles.
6. Arahan Operasi
6.1 Menyediakan Model untuk Percetakan (Penghirisan)
Before printing, a 3D model (typically an STL file) needs to be converted into G-code, which the printer understands. This process is called "slicing" and is done using slicing software (e.g., Cura, PrusaSlicer). The included TF card may contain a compatible slicing software or a link to download it.
- Install the slicing software on your computer.
- Load your 3D model (.stl, .obj, etc.) into the software.
- Configure print settings such as layer height, infill density, print speed, and support structures. Refer to the software's documentation for detailed explanations of each setting.
- Slice the model to generate the G-code file.

6.2 Memulakan Cetakan
- Insert the TF card containing the G-code file ke dalam slot kad TF pencetak.
- Navigate the printer's menu (using the control buttons) to select the desired G-code file.
- Confirm your selection to start the print. The printer will begin heating the nozzle and build plate, then proceed with printing.
6.3 Ketersambungan
The EasyThreed K3 supports printing via TF card and USB connection. For USB printing, connect the printer to your computer and use the slicing software's direct print function or a dedicated host software.
7. Penyelenggaraan
7.1 Pembersihan Berkala
- Plat Binaan: After each print, remove any residual filament or debris from the magnetic build plate. Clean with isopropyl alcohol if necessary to ensure good adhesion for future prints.

- Printer Frame: Wipe down the printer frame and rails with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and filament particles.

If you experience clogs or poor extrusion, the nozzle may need cleaning or replacement. Use the provided needle or a thin wire to clear any blockages while the nozzle is hot. For persistent issues, consider replacing the nozzle.
7.3 Filament Storage
Store filament in a cool, dry place, ideally in a sealed container with desiccant. PLA can absorb moisture from the air, leading to print quality issues like popping sounds during extrusion or brittle filament.
