3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
3.1 Membongkar
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the appliance for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
3.2 Penempatan
Place the freezer on a firm, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit, especially at the rear and top, to allow for proper heat dissipation. Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources.
3.3 Meratakan
Use the adjustable feet or castors to ensure the appliance is perfectly level. This is crucial for proper door sealing and efficient operation.
3.4 Sambungan Elektrik
Connect the appliance to a grounded power outlet (220-240V/50Hz). Do not use extension cords or adapters. Allow the freezer to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow the refrigerant to settle.
4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Permulaan Awal
After connecting to power, the freezer will begin to cool. Allow it to reach the desired operating temperature before loading products. This may take several hours.
4.2 Penetapan Suhu
The electronic control panel allows for precise temperature adjustment. Refer to the control panel diagram (Figure 2.2) for button functions. Typically, a "SET" button is used to enter temperature adjustment mode, and arrow keys to increase or decrease the value. Confirm the setting to save.
4.3 Memuatkan Produk
Distribute products evenly on the shelves. Do not block the air vents inside the cabinet, as this can impair cooling efficiency. Avoid overloading the shelves.
5. Penyelenggaraan
5.1 Pembersihan
Sentiasa putuskan sambungan perkakas daripada bekalan kuasa sebelum membersihkan.
- Clean the interior and exterior surfaces regularly with a mild detergent and warm water.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or sharp objects.
- Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly dried after cleaning.
- Clean the condenser coils (located at the rear or bottom) periodically to maintain efficiency. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner.
5.2 Penyahbekuan Automatik
This appliance features automatic defrosting. During defrost cycles, ice build-up on the evaporator is melted and drained. Ensure the drain is clear.
5.3 Penyelenggaraan Kedap Pintu
Regularly check the door gasket for cracks or damage. A damaged gasket can lead to poor sealing and increased energy consumption. Clean the gasket with warm water and mild soap.
