1. Pengenalan

The DYMO LabelManager 160 is a portable label maker designed for fast and simple label creation. It features a computer-style QWERTY keyboard for easy text input, one-touch smart keys for quick formatting, and a large display for clear viewing. 3. Persediaan

3.1. Pemasangan Bateri

The LabelManager 160 requires three (3) AA batteries for operation. To install the batteries:

1. Cari penutup petak bateri di bahagian belakang peranti.
2. Tekan ke bawah pada selak dan luncurkan penutupnya.
3. Insert three AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Pasang semula penutup petak bateri sehingga ia klik pada tempatnya.

3.2. Label Cassette Installation

To install a D1 label cassette:

1. Open the label cassette compartment cover located on the back of the label maker.
2. Insert the label cassette with the label side facing up, ensuring it clicks firmly into place.
3. Tutup penutup petak.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1. Menghidupkan/Mematikan

Tekan ke Butang kuasa (⏻) to turn the label maker on or off. The device features an auto power-off function to conserve battery life.

4.2. Typing and Editing Text

Use the QWERTY keyboard to type your desired label text. The large display shows the text as you type. Use the arrow keys to navigate and edit text. The Kunci ruang belakang (↵) removes characters.

4.3. Memformat Label

The LabelManager 160 offers various formatting options through one-touch smart keys:

• Size (AA): Adjust text size.
• Bold (B): Apply bold formatting.
• Italic (I): Apply italic formatting.
• Underline/Box (U): Add underline or box borders.
• Symbols/Clip-Art (ABC): Access a library of over 200 symbols and clip-art.
• Butang menu: Access additional formatting options and saved labels.

4.4. Mencetak Label

Once your label text is entered and formatted, press the Butang cetak (printer icon) to print the label. The device will feed the label out, and you can use the integrated cutter on the side to cut the label.

5. D1 Label Features

The DYMO LabelManager 160 is designed for use with authentic DYMO D1 label tapes. These tapes offer several features for durable and versatile labeling:

7. Penyelenggaraan

7.1. Cleaning the Label Maker

Untuk memastikan prestasi optimum, bersihkan kepala cetak dan bilah pemotong secara berkala. Gunakan kain yang lembut dan kering. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang kasar.

7.2. Replacing Label Cassettes

When a label cassette is empty or you wish to change label types, follow the cassette installation steps in Section 3.2 to remove the old cassette and insert a new one.

8. Penyelesaian masalah

If you encounter issues with your LabelManager 160, consider the following common solutions:

• Tiada Kuasa: Ensure batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace with new AA batteries if necessary.
• Isu Kualiti Cetakan: Check if the label cassette is properly seated. Clean the print head if print appears faded or incomplete.
• Label Jam: Open the label cassette compartment and carefully remove any jammed label material. Ensure the tape is not twisted.
• "Tape Error" Message: This usually indicates an issue with the label cassette installation or a tape jam. Re-install the cassette or clear any obstructions.
