If you encounter any issues with your wireless charger, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Peranti tidak dicas: Ensure your device is Qi-enabled and placed centrally on the charging pad. Check that the power adapter is securely plugged into both the wall outlet and the charging pad.
- Pengecasan perlahan: Verify that you are using the included PD 3.0 adapter and cable. Ensure there are no metal objects or overly thick cases (over 0.2 inches) interfering with the connection.
