3. Setup & Surface Preparation

4. Arahan Permohonan
Follow these steps for effective application of 3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200.
4.1 Application Procedure
- Prepare Tube/Cartridge: Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size. Puncture the inner seal of the tube or cartridge.
- Sapukan Sealant: Apply a continuous, even bead of sealant to one of the prepared surfaces. Ensure complete coverage of the bonding area.

4.2 Curing Time
- Handling Strength: Achieves handling strength in approximately 48 hours.
- Penawar Penuh: Full cure typically takes 5-7 days, depending on temperature and humidity. Allow sufficient time for full cure before exposing the bonded area to significant stress or water immersion.
