Upon opening your AMPLIMAX package, please verify that all the following components are included:

3. Panduan Persediaan

Follow these steps to set up your AMPLIMAX modem and establish an internet connection.

Step 1: Perform Blind Search (Optional but Recommended)

Before inserting a SIM card, you can use the Blind Search feature to determine which cellular carrier provides the strongest signal in your location. This helps in choosing the best data plan for optimal performance.

1. Sambungkan AMPLIMAX unit to the PoE injector using the Ethernet cable.
2. Plug the PoE injector into a power outlet.
3. Press the 'Easy Install' button on the AMPLIMAX unit. The device will scan for available cellular networks and display signal strength indicators.

Step 3: Position Your AMPLIMAX

Proper positioning is crucial for maximizing signal reception and internet performance.

1. Lekapkan AMPLIMAX unit outdoors on a pole or wall using the provided mounting kit.
2. Choose a location with minimal obstructions (e.g., buildings, trees) between the modem and the nearest cellular tower.
3. Orient the antenna for the best possible signal. You can use the signal strength indicators on the device or a mobile app to fine-tune the direction.

Step 4: Connect to Your Devices

The AMPLIMAX offers two primary ways to connect to your devices:

• Sambungan Terus: Connect the Ethernet cable from the PoE injector to your computer or laptop. Your device should automatically detect the internet connection.
• Sambungan Wi-Fi: Connect the Ethernet cable from the PoE injector to the WAN/Internet port of a Wi-Fi router (router not included). Configure your Wi-Fi router according to its manufacturer's instructions to distribute the internet connection wirelessly to your devices.

4. Arahan Operasi

Once set up, the AMPLIMAX operates automatically to provide internet access. Here are common usage scenarios:

• Primary Internet: For locations without traditional broadband, the AMPLIMAX can serve as your main internet connection.
• Failover Internet: In areas with existing internet, the AMPLIMAX can act as a backup, automatically switching to cellular data if your primary connection fails.
• Mobile & Remote Use: Its robust design and high-gain antenna make it suitable for RVs, boats, remote cabins, and temporary setups like construction sites or outdoor events.

The AMPLIMAX is designed for high durability and outdoor use, featuring water, dust, and UV ray protection. Minimal maintenance is required to ensure its longevity and optimal performance.

• Pembersihan: Periodically inspect the exterior of the unit for any dirt, dust, or debris buildup. Gently wipe with a soft, damp kain. Jangan gunakan bahan kimia yang keras atau pembersih yang kasar.
