1. Pengenalan
This manual provides essential instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Ricoh SG 3210DNw Color Inkjet Printer. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the printer to ensure correct operation and to prevent damage.

2. Persediaan
2.1 Membongkar

- Insert each cartridge into its corresponding slot until it clicks into place.
- Close the ink cartridge access cover.
2.4 Hidupkan Awal dan Persediaan Rangkaian
- Tekan butang kuasa untuk menghidupkan pencetak.
- Follow the on-screen prompts on the printer's display (if available) to select your language and region.
- For Wi-Fi connection: Navigate to the network settings, select your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password.
- For Ethernet connection: Connect an Ethernet cable from the printer to your network router/switch. The printer should automatically obtain an IP address.
- For USB connection: Connect a USB 2.0 cable from the printer to your computer.
3. Arahan Operasi
3.1 Memuatkan Kertas
- Buka dulang kertas.
- Adjust the paper guides to fit the width of your paper.
- Load up to 850 sheets of A4 paper into the tray. Ensure the paper is not creased or curled.
- Tutup dulang kertas.
3.2 Mencetak Dokumen
- From your computer, open the document you wish to print.
- Pilih "Cetak" daripada menu aplikasi (cth., File > Cetak).
- Choose "Ricoh SG 3210DNw" as your printer.
- Adjust print settings such as color/monochrome, single/duplex, and paper type as needed.
- Klik "Cetak".
3.3 Percetakan Dupleks
The Ricoh SG 3210DNw supports automatic duplex (two-sided) printing. To enable this feature, select the duplex printing option in your printer driver settings before sending the print job.
4. Penyelenggaraan
4.1 Menggantikan Kartrij Dakwat
- When an ink cartridge is low or empty, a message will appear on the printer's display or your computer.
- Open the ink cartridge access cover.
- Press the tab on the empty cartridge to release it, then pull it out.
- Unpack a new Ricoh-compatible ink cartridge, remove protective seals, and insert it into the correct slot until it clicks.
- Close the access cover. The printer will perform an initialization cycle.
4.2 Membersihkan Pencetak
- Lap bahagian luar pencetak dengan lembut, damp, kain tidak berbulu.
- Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang melelas.
- Refer to the printer's internal menu for options to clean print heads or perform nozzle checks if print quality degrades.
