2. Maklumat Keselamatan

3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
3.1 Membongkar
Carefully remove all packaging materials, including tape and protective film. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and your dealer.
3.2 Penempatan
Position the merchandiser on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight when fully loaded. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat-generating equipment.

3.3 Meratakan
Use a level to ensure the unit is perfectly level. Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the unit as needed. Proper leveling is crucial for door alignment and efficient operation.
3.4 Sambungan Elektrik
Connect the merchandiser to a dedicated, properly grounded electrical outlet. Refer to the unit's data plate for specific voltage dan amperage requirements. Do not use extension cords.
3.5 Pemasangan Rak
The unit comes with 8 adjustable wire shelves. Install them by inserting the shelf clips into the desired slots on the vertical pilasters inside the cabinet. Ensure all clips are securely seated and the shelves are level before loading products.

4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Permulaan Permulaan
After connecting to power, allow the unit to run for several hours empty to reach its operating temperature before loading products. The factory-set temperature range is typically 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C).

The merchandiser features an electronic control system. Adjust the temperature settings using the digital display and buttons, typically located on the front or side of the unit. Refer to the control panel instructions for precise adjustments.
4.3 Memuatkan Produk
Load products evenly on the shelves, ensuring not to block the internal airflow or exceed the shelf weight capacity. Avoid placing items directly against the back wall to maintain proper air circulation.
4.4 Kendalian Pintu
The unit is equipped with self-closing glass doors. Ensure doors close completely after each use to maintain internal temperature and energy efficiency. The doors feature a positive seal torsion type closure system.
5. Penyelenggaraan
5.1 Membersihkan Bahagian Dalaman
Regularly clean the interior surfaces with a mild soap and water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that could damage the surfaces.
5.2 Membersihkan Bahagian Luar
Wipe down the exterior with a soft cloth and mild detergent. For stainless steel surfaces, use a non-abrasive cleaner designed for stainless steel, wiping in the direction of the grain.
5.3 Pembersihan Gegelung Kondenser
The condenser coil should be cleaned regularly (monthly or quarterly, depending on environment) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a stiff brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris from the coil. An easily accessible condenser coil is located at the bottom front of the unit.
5.4 Pemeriksaan Gasket
Periodically inspect the door gaskets for tears or damage. Ensure they form a tight seal when the doors are closed. Replace damaged gaskets promptly to prevent air leakage and maintain efficiency.
5.5 Nyahbeku Automatik
This unit features an automatic defrost system, eliminating the need for manual defrosting. Ensure the drain pan is clear and free of obstructions.
