1. Pengenalan
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your CUCKOO CBM-AAB101S Bread Maker. This appliance is designed to simplify the bread-making process, offering a variety of options for customized, homemade bread.
The CBM-AAB101S features 15 menu options, 3 crust colors, and an automatic fruit & nut dispenser, allowing for diverse baking creations from basic loaves to specialty doughs and cakes.
2. Arahan Keselamatan
- Baca semua arahan sebelum menggunakan perkakas.
- Jangan sentuh permukaan panas. Gunakan pemegang atau tombol.

4. Persediaan
4.1 Pembersihan Awal
Before first use, wipe the inside of the bread barrel and the stirring knife with a clean, damp cloth. Then, choose MENU 14 (Bake) for 10 minutes to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Allow the machine to cool completely before use.
4.2 Installing the Baking Pan
Place the kneading paddle onto the shaft at the bottom of the baking pan. Insert the baking pan into the bread maker base and twist gently to secure it in place.

5.2 Selecting Menu Options
Tekan ke MENU button to cycle through the 15 available programs. The selected program number will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- asas: For everyday white bread.
- Perancis: For light, crispy French bread.
- Gandum Penuh: For whole grain breads.
- Cepat: For faster baking cycles.
- manis: For sweet breads with high sugar content.

5.3 Saiz Roti dan Warna Kerak
Gunakan BERAT BADAN button to select your desired loaf size (1 lb, 1.5 lbs, or 2 lbs). Use the WARNA button to choose your preferred crust darkness (Light, Medium, or Dark).

5.4 Menambah Bahan
Always add liquid ingredients first, followed by dry ingredients (sugars, salts), then flour. The yeast should be added last, placed on top of the flour, away from liquids.
5.5 Automatic Fruit & Nut Dispenser
The bread maker includes an automatic dispenser for fruits and nuts. Open the dispenser lid, add your desired mix-ins, and close the lid. The machine will automatically dispense these ingredients at the optimal time during the kneading cycle for even distribution.

5.6 Delay Timer and Keep Warm Function
The 15-hour delay timer allows you to program the bread maker to start baking at a later time, ensuring fresh bread is ready when you need it. After baking, the machine automatically enters a 1-hour keep warm function to maintain bread temperature.

6. Penyelenggaraan & Pembersihan
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your bread maker, regular cleaning is essential. The baking pan and kneading paddle are non-stick and should be hand washed only with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.
