1. Pengenalan

4. Persediaan

4.1. Pemasangan Bateri

1. Ensure the angle grinder is switched off.
2. Align the battery pack with the battery slot at the rear of the tool.
3. Luncurkan pek bateri ke dalam slot sehingga ia berbunyi klik dengan selamat di tempatnya.
4. Untuk mengeluarkan, tekan butang pelepas pada pek bateri dan luncurkannya keluar.

4.2. Memasang Pemegang Sisi

The side handle provides additional control and safety during operation. It can be attached to either side of the gear housing.

1. Screw the side handle clockwise into one of the threaded holes on the gear housing until it is firmly secured.
2. Ensure it is tightened sufficiently to prevent rotation during use.

4.3. Memasang Pengawal Pelindung

The protective guard must always be used to shield against sparks, debris, and accidental contact with the rotating disc.

1. Longgarkan clampskru pada pelindung.
2. Place the guard over the spindle housing, ensuring it fits correctly.
3. Rotate the guard to the desired position, providing maximum protection for your application.
4. Ketatkan clamping screw firmly to secure the guard.

4.4. Memasang Cakera Pengisar/Pemotongan

Always ensure the tool is switched off and the battery is removed before changing discs.

1. Tekan dan tahan butang kunci gelendong.
2. Use the provided wrench to loosen and remove the clampdalam kacang.
3. Place the desired grinding or cutting disc onto the flange, ensuring it is centered.
4. Gantikan clamping nut and tighten it firmly with the wrench while holding the spindle lock.
5. Lepaskan kunci gelendong.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1. Menghidupkan dan Mematikan

• To turn on the tool, slide the switch forward.
• Untuk mematikan, luncurkan suis ke belakang ke kedudukan OFF.

5.2. Garis Panduan Operasi Am

• Always hold the angle grinder firmly with both hands, using the main handle and the side handle.
• Allow the disc to reach full speed before making contact with the workpiece.
• Apply moderate pressure. Excessive pressure can reduce efficiency and damage the disc or tool.
• Maintain a consistent angle and direction of movement for smooth results.
• Be aware of sparks and debris. Direct them away from yourself and others.

6. Penyelenggaraan

6.1. Pembersihan

• Sentiasa putuskan sambungan bateri sebelum membersihkan.
• Regularly clean the ventilation slots to prevent overheating. Use compressed air if available.
• Lap perumah alat dengan lembut, damp kain. Jangan gunakan bahan kimia atau pelarut yang keras.

6.2. Penggantian Cakera

Replace grinding or cutting discs when they become worn, damaged, or no longer perform effectively. Refer to section 4.4 for detailed instructions on disc installation.

6.3. Penjagaan Bateri

• Use only genuine Festool battery packs and chargers.
• Simpan bateri di tempat yang sejuk dan kering jauh dari cahaya matahari langsung dan suhu yang melampau.
