4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

Follow these steps to properly install your WEN DPA2513 Drill Press Table:

1. Attach the Drill Press Table: Position the WEN DPA2513 table onto your existing drill press table. The universal design allows it to fit tables ranging from 4 to 22 inches in width. Align the table so that the drill bit will pass through the removable insert.
2. Secure with Mounting Clamps: Use the three included mounting clamps to firmly attach the WEN table to your drill press table. Tighten the clamps securely from underneath to prevent any movement during operation. Ensure the table is stable and level.

3. Install the Fence: Slide the adjustable fence into the T-slots on the drill press table. Position it as needed for your workpiece.
4. Attach the Stop Block: Insert the stop block into the T-slot on the fence. This allows for repeatable positioning of your workpiece.

5. Operasi

Using the WEN DPA2513 Drill Press Table effectively:

1. Positioning the Workpiece: Place your workpiece on the table. Use the adjustable fence and stop block to accurately position the material for drilling. The onboard rulers assist in precise measurements.
2. Securing the Workpiece: Utilize the two included material hold-down clamps to firmly secure your workpiece to the table. This prevents movement and ensures safety during drilling.
3. Using the Removable Insert: The central insert can be removed to allow the drill bit to pass completely through the workpiece without damaging the main table surface. This is particularly useful for through-holes.

6. Penyelenggaraan

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your drill press table:
