- Kelajuan 3-4: For mixing batters, mashing potatoes (A-Beater).
- Kelajuan 5-6: For whipping cream, egg whites, light batters (Balloon Whisk).
- Nadi (P): For short bursts of maximum power, ideal for quick mixing or incorporating ingredients. Turn the knob to 'P' and hold, release to stop.
- Pencampuran: The mixer will begin operation. You can add additional ingredients through the pouring shield opening if in use.
