5. Perhimpunan

1. Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
2. Lift the mixer head by pushing the tilt-head release lever.
3. Place the 7.5QT stainless steel bowl onto the base, aligning the notches, and turn clockwise until it locks securely.
4. Select the desired attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or whisk). Align the attachment with the shaft and push upwards, then turn counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
5. Lower the mixer head by pushing the tilt-head release lever and gently pushing the head down until it clicks into place.
6. If desired, attach the splash-proof cover over the bowl.

6.1 Speed Settings and Attachment Usage

The Acekool Stand Mixer features 10 stepless speed options, allowing precise control for various recipes. Refer to the guide below for optimal usage:

• Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the mixer.
