2. Persediaan

2.1 Pemasangan Bateri

The monitor requires 2 AAA batteries (included). To install:

1. Buka penutup petak bateri di belakang peranti.
2. Masukkan 2 bateri AAA, pastikan kekutuban (+/-) yang betul seperti yang ditunjukkan di dalam petak.
3. Tutup penutup petak bateri dengan selamat.

2.2 Correct Cuff Placement and Measurement Posture

Proper cuff placement and body posture are crucial for accurate readings.

• Wear & Adjust: Adjust the cuff and wrap it around your left wrist with your palm facing up. Ensure the device is positioned correctly on your wrist.
• Keep 1-finger Distance: The distance between the top of the machine and your hand should be about 1-2 cm.
• Start to Measuring: Sit up straight and relax for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Keep the wrist cuff at the same level as your heart during the measurement.

3. Arahan Operasi

3.1 Mengambil Pengukuran

The SUMEE Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is designed for simple one-button operation.

1. Ensure the cuff is correctly placed on your wrist and you are in the recommended measurement posture.
2. Tekan ke MULA/BERHENTI button. The cuff will automatically inflate and then slowly deflate.
3. Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the large backlit LCD screen within approximately 30 seconds.
4. The four-color indicator on the left side of the display provides a quick visual reference for your blood pressure level according to WHO guidelines.

3.2 Dual User & Memory Function

The monitor supports two users, each with 99 memory sets, allowing you to track your readings over time.

• To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the SET butang.
• Kepada view bacaan lepas, tekan butang MEM button. Repeatedly pressing MEM will cycle through stored measurements.
• Each stored reading includes a time and date stamp.
