3. Hold the reset button immediately for 10-15 seconds.
4. After the voice prompt "input initialization passcode", enter "000#" on the keypad.

If the first method fails, try removing the back unit, ensuring the IC wire is connected, holding the reset button for 5 seconds, and then entering "000#" after the voice prompt.
