This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Pramac PMI 1000 Inverter Generator. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the generator to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.
1.1 Maklumat Keselamatan
Always observe all safety precautions. Failure to do so can result in serious injury or death. Keep this manual accessible for future reference.
- Bahaya Karbon Monoksida: Never operate the generator indoors or in enclosed spaces. Exhaust contains carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas.
- Bahaya Kejutan Elektrik: Do not operate in wet conditions. Ensure proper grounding.
- Bahaya Kebakaran: Fuel is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Keep fuel away from ignition sources.
- Permukaan Panas: The generator's engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for a period after shutdown. Avoid contact.

2.1 Komponen Utama
- Penutup Tangki Bahan Api: Untuk menambah petrol.
- Panel Kawalan: Contains outlets, indicators, and switches.
- Pemula Recoil: For manual engine starting.
- Peredam Ekzos: Discharges engine exhaust.
- Oil Fill Cap/Dipstick: For checking and adding engine oil.
- Air Filter Cover: Melindungi penapis udara.
3. Persediaan
3.1 Membongkar dan Pemeriksaan
- Keluarkan penjana dengan berhati-hati dari bungkusannya.
- Inspect for any shipping damage. Contact your dealer immediately if damage is found.
- Pastikan semua aksesori yang disenaraikan dalam senarai pembungkusan ada.
3.2 Menambah Minyak Enjin
Penjana dihantar tanpa minyak enjin. Adalah penting untuk menambah jenis dan jumlah minyak yang betul sebelum penggunaan pertama.
- Letakkan penjana pada permukaan yang rata.
- Tanggalkan penutup isi minyak/dipstick.
- Add recommended engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) to the upper limit mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Gantikan penutup isi minyak/dipstick dengan selamat.
3.3 Menambah Bahan Api
Gunakan petrol tanpa plumbum dengan penarafan oktana 87 atau lebih tinggi.
- Pastikan penjana dimatikan dan sejuk.
- Buka penutup tangki bahan api.
- Carefully pour fuel into the tank, avoiding overfilling. Leave space for expansion.
- Lap sebarang bahan api yang tertumpah dengan segera.
- Tutup penutup tangki bahan api dengan kemas.
4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Menghidupkan Enjin
- Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors, away from windows and doors.
- Ensure all electrical devices are disconnected from the generator.
- Putar suis enjin ke kedudukan "ON".
- If the engine is cold, move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle slowly until resistance is felt, then pull briskly. Repeat if necessary.
- Setelah enjin dihidupkan, gerakkan tuil pencekik secara beransur-ansur ke kedudukan "RUN".
4.2 Menyambung Peranti Elektrik
- Allow the engine to run for a few minutes to stabilize.
- Plug in your electrical devices. Do not exceed the generator's rated output.
4.3 Menghentikan Enjin
- Putuskan sambungan semua peranti elektrik daripada penjana.
- Biarkan enjin berjalan selama beberapa minit tanpa beban menyejuk.
- Putar suis enjin ke kedudukan "OFF".

5.2 Penyimpanan
For long-term storage, prepare your generator as follows:
- Toskan tangki bahan api dan karburetor. Jalankan enjin sehingga ia berhenti kerana kekurangan bahan api.
- Tukar minyak enjin.
- Tanggalkan palam pencucuh dan tuangkan sedikit minyak enjin ke dalam silinder. Tarik starter sentakan beberapa kali untuk mengagihkan minyak, kemudian pasang semula palam pencucuh.
- Bersihkan bahagian luar penjana.
- Simpan di kawasan yang bersih, kering dan mempunyai pengudaraan yang baik.
