4. Arahan Operasi

Follow these steps for efficient poultry plucking.

1. Preparation of Poultry: Ensure the poultry is properly scalded before plucking. This loosens the feathers for optimal removal.
2. Mulakan Mesin: Turn on the machine using the power switch. The drum will begin to rotate.
3. Activate Water Supply: Open the water supply to the built-in irrigation ring. The continuous water flow helps to rinse away feathers and dirt during the plucking process.
4. Insert Poultry: Carefully lower the scalded poultry into the rotating drum. The 158 replaceable rubber fingers will efficiently pluck the feathers and remove dirt from the skin.
5. Proses Pantau: The plucking process is typically very fast, often within seconds. Monitor the poultry to ensure all feathers are removed.
6. Remove Poultry: Once plucked, carefully remove the poultry from the drum.
7. Tutup: Turn off the water supply, then turn off the machine.

• Motor: The motor is designed to be maintenance-free. Keep the motor housing clean and free from debris. Do not attempt to lubricate or open the motor.
