This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Waterdrop 15UB Under Sink Water Filter System. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and retain it for future reference. This system is designed to provide clean, filtered water directly from your tap, reducing various contaminants.
The Waterdrop 15UB system features innovative multistage filtration, certified by IAPMO against NSF/ANSI 372 Standard for lead-free materials and NSF/ANSI 42 Standard for chlorine, taste, and odor reduction. It also reduces PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, heavy metals, chemical impurities, and sediment.
2. Maklumat Keselamatan Penting
- Install the system only to a cold water supply.

4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
The Waterdrop 15UB system is designed for easy DIY installation. It should only be connected to a cold water supply line. The innovative push-to-connect fittings simplify the process.
4.1. Pilih Lokasi Pemasangan
Select a suitable location under your sink. The filter can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Ensure there is enough space for the filter unit (dimensions: 3.9"L x 3.6"W x 16.7"H) and for future filter replacements.

4.2. Mount the Filter Unit
- Use the provided template to mark the drilling points on the cabinet wall.

- Hang the filter head onto the installed screws.
4.3. Connect to Cold Water Supply
- Shut off the cold water supply to your sink.

4.4. Pasang Faucet
- If you do not have an existing hole, drill a 1" hole in your countertop for the dedicated faucet.

5. Arahan Operasi
- Once all connections are secure, slowly turn on the cold water supply valve.
- Open the dedicated Waterdrop faucet and let the water run for at least 5 minutes to flush the system. This removes air and any carbon fines from the new filter.
- Check all connections for leaks. If leaks are present, tighten the connections or re-seat the tubing.
- The system is now ready for use. Enjoy clean, filtered water.

6. Penyelenggaraan
6.1. Filter Replacement (Model: WD-RF15)
The filter cartridge (Model: WD-RF15) should be replaced every 24 months or after filtering 19,000 gallons of water, whichever comes first. Regular replacement ensures optimal filtration performance.
- Shut off the cold water supply to the filter system.
- Twist the old filter cartridge counter-clockwise to unlock and pull it down to remove.
- Insert the new filter cartridge into the filter head and twist clockwise to lock it into place.
- Turn on the cold water supply and flush the new filter for 5 minutes before use.

6.2. Pembersihan
Wipe the exterior of the filter system and faucet with a clean, damp cloth as needed. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
