2.1 Identifying Your Motor

4. Arahan Pemasangan

Replacing your existing actuator requires careful attention to detail. Ensure the chair is unplugged from the power source before beginning installation.

1. Penyediaan: Unplug the recliner from the wall outlet. Carefully flip the chair over or position it to access the existing motor and its connections.
2. Putuskan Motor Lama: Disconnect the 2-pin flat round power transformer connection and the 5-pin hand control plug connection from the old motor. Note their orientation.

Once installed, plug the recliner back into a power outlet. Use your recliner's hand control to operate the motor. The motor is designed for quiet and smooth operation.

• Berbaring: Press and hold the appropriate button on your hand control to extend the footrest and recline the chair.
• Returning Upright: Press and hold the appropriate button to retract the footrest and return the chair to the upright position.
• Kitaran Tugas: The motor has an operation frequency of "On 1 min / Off 8 min". This means it can operate continuously for up to 1 minute, followed by a mandatory 8-minute rest period to prevent overheating and ensure longevity. Adhering to this duty cycle is essential.
