2.2. Mengecas Fon Telinga dan Sarung
Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged. Place the earbuds into the charging case. The indicator lights on the earbuds will show charging status. The charging case itself can be charged via the USB port.

2.3. Penggandingan Satu Langkah

Untuk berpasangan dengan peranti baharu:

4.1. Tahan Air
The earbuds are IPX8 waterproof, making them resistant to sweat, water, and rain. This makes them suitable for sports and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion.

4.2. Pembersihan dan Penyimpanan
To ensure longevity and optimal performance, regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them from dust and damage.
5. Penyelesaian masalah
If you encounter any issues with your EDYELL Wireless Earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Fon telinga tidak berpasangan: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them back in the case and closing it for a few seconds, then reopening.
- Hanya satu fon telinga berfungsi: Check if both earbuds are charged. Try re-pairing them with your device. Sometimes, placing both earbuds back in the case and taking them out simultaneously can re-sync them.
- Kualiti bunyi yang lemah: Ensure the earbuds are fully charged. Check for any obstructions in the earbud nozzles. Adjust the ear tips for a secure fit. Move closer to your connected device to avoid interference.
- Sarung pengecas tidak dicas: Pastikan kabel USB disambungkan dengan kukuh pada bekas dan sumber kuasa. Cuba kabel USB atau penyesuai kuasa yang lain.
