3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
Your snow blower requires some assembly before first use. Refer to the included assembly guide for detailed instructions and diagrams. Ensure all components are securely fastened.
3.1 Pemasangan Hendal
Attach the upper handlebar to the lower handlebar using the provided bolts and knobs. Ensure the control cables are routed correctly and not pinched.
3.2 Chute Assembly
Mount the discharge chute and deflector to the snow blower body. Connect the chute rotation control rod and deflector adjustment lever. Test for smooth operation.

3.3 Bahan Api dan Minyak
This snow blower is powered by a 4-cycle engine. Before starting, add the appropriate engine oil (refer to the engine manual for specifications) and fresh, clean gasoline. Do not mix oil with gasoline.
- Minyak Enjin: Fill to the 'Full' mark on the dipstick.
- Bahan api: Use fresh unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 fuel.

4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Menghidupkan Enjin
The 1022EX offers both electric start and pull start options.
Permulaan Elektrik:

- Plug an extension cord into the snow blower's electric start receptacle.
- Plug the other end of the extension cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.

4.2 Membersihkan Salji
Engage the auger by squeezing the auger control lever on the handlebar. Push the snow blower forward into the snow. The Snow Shredder Serrated Auger will break up and clear snow down to the pavement.

4.3 Chute and Deflector Adjustment
Use the chute rotation handle to direct the snow discharge 200 degrees from left to right. Adjust the chute deflector with the quick-adjust lever to control the throwing height and distance of the snow.

5. Penyelenggaraan
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your snow blower. Always turn off the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire before performing any maintenance.
5.1 Minyak Enjin
Check the engine oil level before each use. Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 25 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
5.2 Palam Pencucuh
Inspect the spark plug annually or every 50 hours. Clean or replace as necessary. Refer to the engine manual for the correct spark plug type and gap.
5.3 Penapis Udara
Check the air filter annually or every 25 hours. Clean or replace if dirty. Operating with a dirty air filter can reduce engine performance.
5.4 Auger and Scraper Blade
Inspect the auger and scraper blade for wear or damage before each use. Replace worn scraper blades and auger paddles to maintain effective snow clearing.
5.5 Pemeriksaan Tali Pinggang
Periodically inspect the drive belt for wear, cracks, or damage. A worn belt can lead to reduced performance or complete loss of drive. Consult a qualified service technician for belt replacement if needed.
