1. Arahan Keselamatan

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and retain them for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or damage to the appliance.

• Keselamatan Elektrik: Ensure the washing machine is connected to a properly grounded power outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters. Disconnect the power supply before any cleaning or maintenance.
• Sambungan Air: Connect the water inlet hoses securely to prevent leaks. Ensure the drain hose is properly installed to avoid flooding.
• Keselamatan Kanak-kanak: Jauhkan kanak-kanak dan haiwan peliharaan dari perkakas semasa operasi. Jangan benarkan kanak-kanak bermain dengan mesin basuh.
• Bahan mudah terbakar: Do not wash items that have been cleaned, washed, soaked, or spotted with combustible or explosive substances such as gasoline, kerosene, or paint thinner.

3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

3.1 Membongkar

1. Keluarkan semua bahan pembungkusan, termasuk alas polistirena dan sebarang filem pelindung.
2. Remove the transport bolts located at the rear of the machine. These bolts secure the drum during transit and must be removed before use. Keep them for future transport.

3.2 Lokasi dan Aras

Place the washing machine on a solid, level floor. Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the machine until it is perfectly stable and does not wobble. Use a spirit level to ensure accuracy.

3.3 Sambungan Bekalan Air

Connect the cold water inlet hose to the cold water tap and the corresponding inlet valve on the back of the washing machine. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.

3.4 Sambungan Hos Longkang

Insert the drain hose into a standpipe or secure it over the edge of a sink. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked or blocked and is positioned at an appropriate height (between 60 cm and 100 cm from the floor).

3.5 Sambungan Elektrik

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Memuatkan Dobi

Open the door and load laundry into the drum. Do not overload the machine; leave enough space for clothes to tumble freely. Close the door firmly.

4.2 Menambah Detergen dan Pelembut

Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer. Add the appropriate amount of detergent to the main wash compartment and fabric softener to the designated compartment. Refer to detergent packaging for dosage recommendations.

4.3 Memilih Program Cuci

Turn the program selector dial or press the program buttons to choose the desired wash cycle (e.g., Cotton, Synthetics, Delicates, Quick Wash). Additional options like temperature, spin speed, and extra rinse can be selected if available.

4.4 Memulakan Kitaran Basuh

Press the Start/Pause button to begin the selected wash cycle. The machine will automatically fill with water and start washing.

4.5 Menjeda/Membatalkan Kitaran

To pause a cycle, press the Start/Pause button. To cancel a cycle, press and hold the Start/Pause button for a few seconds, or turn the program selector to 'Off' and then select a new program.

4.6 Akhir Kitaran

Once the cycle is complete, the machine will signal with an audible alert or display 'End'. Open the door and remove your laundry promptly to prevent wrinkles and odors.

5. Penyelenggaraan

5.1 Membersihkan Dispenser Detergen

Remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under running water to remove any detergent residue. Clean the housing of the dispenser with a brush if necessary. Reinsert the drawer.

5.2 Membersihkan Dram

Periodically run a maintenance wash cycle (e.g., a hot wash with no laundry and a descaling agent or white vinegar) to clean the drum and remove any buildup.

5.3 Membersihkan Penapis Longkang

Locate the drain filter, usually at the bottom front of the machine. Place a shallow container underneath to catch any water. Unscrew the filter, clean out any lint or debris, and rinse it. Screw the filter back in securely.

5.4 Membersihkan Bahagian Luar

Lap permukaan luar mesin basuh dengan lembut, damp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang melelas.

5.5 Winterization (for non-heated environments)

If the machine is in an area subject to freezing temperatures, drain all water from the hoses and pump to prevent damage. Consult a technician if unsure.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

• Mesin tidak dimulakan: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in, the door is properly closed, and the Start/Pause button has been pressed. Ensure the water supply is turned on.

• Air tidak mengalir: Inspect the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Clean the drain filter as described in Section 5.3.
• Getaran atau bunyi yang berlebihan: Ensure the machine is level and all four feet are firmly on the floor. Check that the transport bolts were removed during installation. Distribute laundry evenly inside the drum.
• Laundry not spinning properly: Overloading or an unbalanced load can prevent proper spinning. Redistribute the laundry or reduce the load size. Check the drain filter for blockages.
