3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

1. Sahkan Keserasian: Before beginning, ensure your WOLFBOX dash cam is a G840S or T10 model. The cable is not compatible with G840H models due to different connector types.

2. Putuskan Kuasa: Always disconnect power from your dash cam system before connecting or disconnecting any cables.
3. Connect to Rear Camera: Connect the 4-pin end of the extension cable to your WOLFBOX rear camera. Ensure a secure and snug fit.
4. Laluan Kabel: Carefully route the 50-foot extension cable from the rear camera to the location of your main dash cam unit. Plan the routing to avoid kinks, sharp bends, and areas where the cable could be pinched or exposed to excessive heat/cold. Utilize existing vehicle trim or cable clips for a neat and secure installation.

5. Connect to Main Unit: Connect the 2.5mm auxiliary jack end of the extension cable to the AV IN port on your main WOLFBOX dash cam unit.
6. Connect Red Wire (Optional): The red wire extending from the cable is typically for connecting to the positive pole of your vehicle's reverse light. This enables the dash cam to automatically display the rear view with parking guidelines when the vehicle is in reverse. If this feature is desired, connect the red wire accordingly. If not, ensure the red wire is safely insulated and secured.

  • Test Without Extension: If possible, test the rear camera by connecting it directly to the main dash cam unit using its original shorter cable (if available). This helps determine if the issue lies with the extension cable or the camera/main unit itself.
• Intermittent Signal/Flickering:
