1. Connect the small end of the charger cable to the USB port on the bottom of the device.
2. Connect the large end of the charger cable to the AC wall adapter.
3. Plug the AC wall adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
4. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge typically takes a few hours.

2. Connecting Electrode Pads

1. Ensure the device is turned off before connecting or disconnecting pads.
2. Attach the electrode pads to the pad wires. Each wire typically connects to two pads.

4. Peel the protective film from the electrode pads.
5. Apply the electrode pads to clean, dry skin in the desired treatment area. Refer to the Pad Placement Guide for recommendations.

• To turn on the device, press and hold the power button on the right side of the unit for several seconds until the screen illuminates.
• To turn off the device, press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.

• The touchscreen displays various massage mode icons. Tap on the desired icon to select a mode.
• The device offers 24 pre-set modes, categorized under TENS and EMS, including kneading, tapping, acupuncture, cupping, scraping, reflexology, and Tai Chi.

• After selecting a mode, use the '+' and '-' buttons on the touchscreen or the physical buttons on the sides of the device to adjust the intensity for Channel A and Channel B independently.
• Increase intensity gradually until you feel a comfortable, yet firm, sensation. Avoid increasing to an uncomfortable level.

Variations include slow pace with high contraction, more consistent rhythms, and quicker pulsations.

• Cupping Modes (4 types):

  These modes mimic cupping therapy, which can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. They are used for back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, and rheumatism. Variations differ in strength and pace.

• Scraping Massage Modes (4 types):

  These modes mimic scraping massage, which helps reduce inflammation, increase blood circulation and oxygen flow, and aid in quicker injury recovery and post-workout recovery by cleaning out lactic acid. Variations include low to high intensity contractions, high intensity with pauses, and low to high intensity changes.
