4. Persediaan

4.1 Mengecas Fon telinga dan Sarung

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The earbuds provide approximately 4.5 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge, and the charging case offers an additional 25 hours (5 full charges), totaling up to 30 hours of playtime. The charging case takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the indicator lights on the earbuds will illuminate to show charging status.

4.2 Berpasangan dengan Peranti Bluetooth

The BEBEN T12 earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.0 technology for stable and efficient connection. They offer a one-step pairing process.

• Pastikan fon telinga dicas.
• Buka bekas pengecas. Fon telinga akan memasuki mod berpasangan secara automatik.
• Pada peranti anda (telefon pintar, tablet, dll.), dayakan Bluetooth dan cari peranti yang tersedia.
• Select "T19" (or "Beben T19") from the list of found devices.
• Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm the successful pairing. The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device upon opening the case for subsequent uses.

4.3 Single Earbud Mode and Binaural Mode

The BEBEN T12 earbuds allow seamless switching between single earbud (mono) and binaural (stereo) modes without a designated master earbud.

• Mod Earbud Tunggal: Take out either the left or right earbud from the charging case. It will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case.
• Switching to Binaural Mode: While in single earbud mode, simply take out the second earbud from the charging case. It will automatically connect to the first earbud and switch to binaural (stereo) mode.
• Switching back to Single Earbud Mode: Place one earbud back into the charging case. The remaining earbud will continue to function in single earbud mode.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

• Hidupkan kuasa: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, if outside the case, long press the Multi-function Button (MFB) on both earbuds for approximately 2 seconds until you hear a power-on prompt.
• Matikan: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid; they will automatically power off. Alternatively, if outside the case, long press the MFB on both earbuds for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a power-off prompt.

5.2 Multi-function Button (MFB) Controls

The earbuds feature a Multi-function Button (MFB) for easy control of music playback and calls.

5.3 Memakai Fon Telinga

The BEBEN T12 earbuds are designed with an ergonomic shape to provide a comfortable and secure fit for extended periods, even during physical activity.

• Masukkan setiap fon telinga ke dalam telinga yang sepadan dengan lembut (kiri untuk kiri, kanan untuk kanan).
• Rotate the earbud slightly until it sits comfortably and securely in your ear canal. A proper fit ensures optimal sound quality and bass response.

6. Penyelenggaraan

6.1 Pembersihan

Pembersihan tetap membantu mengekalkan kualiti bunyi dan kebersihan.

• Gunakan kain lembut, kering dan tidak berbulu untuk mengelap fon telinga dan bekas pengecas.
• Jangan gunakan bahan kimia yang keras, pelarut pembersih atau detergen yang kuat.
• Keluarkan sebarang tahi telinga atau serpihan dari jaring telinga dengan lembut menggunakan berus kecil yang lembut atau kapas.

6.2 Penyimpanan

Apabila tidak digunakan, simpan fon telinga dalam bekas pengecasnya untuk melindunginya dan memastikan ia dicas.

• Simpan produk di tempat yang sejuk dan kering, jauh dari suhu yang melampau dan cahaya matahari langsung.
• Avoid exposing the earbuds or case to excessive moisture. While the earbuds are waterproof, the charging case is not.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

7.1 Reset Procedure (If earbuds cannot pair or connect)

If your earbuds are unable to pair with each other or connect to your device, perform a reset:

1. Delete the "T19" (or "Beben T19") device from the Bluetooth list on your phone or device.
2. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and manually turn them off (long press MFB for approximately 5 seconds).
3. Long press the MFB of both earbuds for 15 seconds until you see orange and white lights flashing for 1 second, then they will turn off automatically. This indicates a successful reset.
4. After 2 seconds, turn on both earbuds (long press MFB for approximately 2 seconds).
5. Double press the MFB of both earbuds. The two earbuds will connect to each other. Once successfully connected, both LED lights will flash orange and white alternately.
6. After the reset, reconnect the earbuds to your device by following the "Pairing with a Bluetooth Device" steps in Section 4.2.

7.2 Isu Lazim

• Hanya satu fon telinga berfungsi: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try placing both back in the case, closing the lid, then reopening to re-establish connection. If issue persists, perform a reset.
• Fon telinga tidak dicas: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is active. Check if the charging pins on the earbuds and in the case are clean and free of debris.
• Kualiti bunyi/pemutusan sambungan yang teruk: Ensure the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range (approx. 30 feet) of your device. Avoid physical obstructions between the earbuds and your device. Ensure earbuds are clean and properly seated in your ears.
