3. Persediaan

2. Inspect each padlock for any signs of damage or manufacturing defects.

3.2 Key Identification

• All keys provided are identical and will operate all 14 padlocks.
• It is recommended to store spare keys in a secure, separate location from the padlocks.
• Note the key number (A445) for future reference, though these locks are non-rekeyable.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Mengunci Mangga

2. Position the shackle around the item(s) to be secured.
3. Press the shackle firmly into the padlock body until it clicks into place.

4.2 Membuka Kunci Mangga

1. Masukkan kunci sepenuhnya ke dalam lubang kunci.
2. Putar kunci mengikut arah jam sehingga spring belenggu terbuka.

5. Penyelenggaraan

5.1 Pembersihan

• Wipe the padlock body and shackle with a clean, dry cloth to remove dirt and grime.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

6.1 Key Does Not Turn or Is Difficult to Insert

• Semak halangan: Ensure there is no foreign material in the keyway. Use compressed air to clear if necessary.
• Pelinciran: Apply a lock lubricant (graphite or silicone-based) into the keyway as described in the Maintenance section.
• Correct Key: Verify you are using the correct key (Master Key #A445).

6.2 Shackle Is Stiff or Does Not Spring Open

• Pelinciran: Apply lock lubricant to the shackle openings where it enters the padlock body. Work the shackle back and forth to distribute.
