4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

  2. Attach the fan to the radiator using the provided long screws. Ensure the fan is oriented to push or pull air through the radiator according to your case's airflow design.

4.3. Install the Radiator

Mount the radiator and fan assembly to an available 120mm fan mount in your computer case. Common locations include the rear exhaust, top, or front intake.

4.4. Install the CPU Block/Pump

For Intel Sockets (LGA 1700/2066/2011/1151/1150/1155/1156/1200):

  1. Attach the correct Intel mounting bracket to the pump unit.
  2. Install the Intel backplate behind your motherboard, aligning the holes with the CPU socket.
  3. Apply a thin, even layer of thermal paste to the center of your CPU if it's not pre-applied on the cold plate.
  4. Carefully place the pump unit onto the CPU, aligning the mounting holes with the backplate standoffs.
  5. Secure the pump unit with the provided thumb screws, tightening them in a diagonal pattern until snug. Do not overtighten.

For AMD Sockets (AM5/AM4):

  1. Remove the plastic retention clips from the stock AMD backplate (keep the stock backplate).
  2. Attach the correct AMD mounting bracket to the pump unit.
  3. Apply a thin, even layer of thermal paste to the center of your CPU if it's not pre-applied on the cold plate.
  4. Carefully place the pump unit onto the CPU, aligning the mounting holes with the stock AMD backplate.
  5. Secure the pump unit with the provided thumb screws, tightening them in a diagonal pattern until snug. Do not overtighten.

4.5. Sambungkan Kabel

  1. Connect the 4-pin PWM fan cable to an available CPU_FAN or SYS_FAN header on your motherboard.
  2. Connect the pump power cable (usually a 3-pin or SATA power connector) to an appropriate header on your motherboard (e.g., AIO_PUMP, PUMP_FAN, or a standard SYS_FAN header configured for full speed). Refer to your motherboard manual for specific header locations and settings.

5. Arahan Operasi

Once installed, the Xilence LQ120 operates automatically. The PWM fan will adjust its speed based on CPU temperature, and the pump will run continuously to circulate coolant.
