1. Arahan Keselamatan Penting

2. Produk Lebihview

The Tristar CM-2275IT espresso machine is designed to prepare high-quality espresso, cappuccino, and latte macchiato at home. It features a 15 bar pump pressure, an 850W heating element, and a 1.2-liter removable water tank.

3. Persediaan dan Penggunaan Pertama

3.1 Membongkar

Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present. Keep packaging for future storage or disposal.

3.2 Pembersihan Awal

1. Wash the water tank, portafilter, and filters with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
2. Lap bahagian luar mesin dengan iklanamp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang kasar.

3.3 Mengisi Tangki Air

1. Tanggalkan tangki air dari bahagian belakang mesin.
2. Fill the tank with fresh, cold water up to the "MAX" level indicator.
3. Letakkan tangki air kembali dengan kukuh ke dalam mesin.

3.4 Menyusun Semula Mesin (Kegunaan Pertama)

Before making coffee, prime the machine to fill the internal system with water and remove any air.

1. Pastikan tangki air diisi.
2. Place a cup under the portafilter outlet (without coffee).
3. Turn the control knob to the "Espresso" position. Water will flow out.
4. Let approximately 100ml of water run through, then turn the knob to "Off".
5. Repeat this process for the steam wand: turn the knob to "Steam" and open the steam valve for a few seconds, then close and turn the main knob to "Off".

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Membuat Espresso

1. Pastikan tangki air diisi dan mesin dipasang pada plag.
2. Place the desired filter (single or double) into the portafilter.
3. Using the coffee spoon, add ground espresso coffee to the filter. For a single shot, use one level spoon; for a double, use two. Lightly tamp kopi.
4. Attach the portafilter to the brewing head by aligning it and twisting it firmly to the right until it locks.
5. Place one or two espresso cups on the drip tray, under the portafilter spouts. You can preheat cups on the warming plate.
6. Turn the control knob to the "Espresso" position. The machine will start brewing.
7. Once the desired amount of espresso is brewed (typically 25-30ml per shot), turn the control knob back to the "Off" position to stop the flow.
8. Carefully remove the portafilter by twisting it to the left. Dispose of the used coffee grounds.

4.2 Menggunakan Tongkat Stim untuk Membuih Susu

1. After brewing espresso, or if starting fresh, ensure the water tank is filled.
2. Turn the control knob to the "Steam" position. The machine will heat up to steam temperature. The indicator light will show when it's ready.
3. Pour cold milk into a frothing pitcher. Do not fill more than one-third, as milk volume will increase.

5. Open the steam valve (usually a separate knob or lever on the side). Steam will be released.
6. Move the pitcher up and down gently to create foam. Once the milk reaches the desired temperature and consistency, close the steam valve.

5. Pembersihan dan Penyelenggaraan

5.1 Pembersihan Harian

1. Penapis Porta dan Penapis: After each use, remove the portafilter, discard coffee grounds, and rinse the portafilter and filter under running water.
2. Dulang Drip: Empty and rinse the removable drip tray regularly.
3. Tongkat Stim: Sejurus selepas susu berbuih, lap tongkat wap dengan iklanamp cloth. Purge a small amount of steam to clear any milk residue from the nozzle.
4. Luaran: Lap bahagian luar mesin dengan lembut, damp kain.

5.2 Penyahkelasan

1. Use a commercial descaling solution suitable for espresso machines, following the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Run the solution through the espresso function until the tank is empty.
