1. Pengenalan
This manual provides essential information for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of the Schneider Electric Acti 9 iC60 RCBO (Residual Current Circuit Breaker with Overcurrent protection), Model A9D27210. This device combines the functions of a miniature circuit breaker (MCB) and a residual current device (RCD) in a single unit, offering protection against overloads, short circuits, and earth leakage currents.

3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
The Acti 9 iC60 RCBO is designed for DIN rail mounting. Ensure adequate space and ventilation around the device.
3.1 Pemasangan
Mount the RCBO onto a standard 35mm DIN rail. Ensure it is securely clipped into place.

3.2 Pendawaian
Connect the incoming and outgoing cables to the appropriate terminals. This is a 2-pole device. Refer to the wiring diagram on the device label and ensure correct polarity and torque for terminal screws.

4. Arahan Operasi
The RCBO features a toggle switch for manual operation and a test button for verifying RCD functionality.
4.1 Menghidupkan / Mematikan
- Untuk Menghidupkan: Push the toggle switch upwards to the "ON" (I) position.
- Untuk Mematikan: Push the toggle switch downwards to the "OFF" (O) position.
4.2 Fungsi Ujian
The RCBO is equipped with a test button (marked "T" or "Test") to verify the residual current protection function. This test simulates an earth fault condition.
- Prosedur: With the RCBO in the "ON" position, press the test button. The RCBO should immediately trip to the "OFF" position.
- Menetapkan semula: To reset, push the toggle switch fully down to the "OFF" position, then push it up to the "ON" position.
- Kekerapan: It is recommended to perform this test monthly to ensure proper operation of the RCD function.

5. Penyelenggaraan
The Acti 9 iC60 RCBO requires minimal maintenance. Regular testing of the RCD function is the primary maintenance task.
- Ujian Bulanan: As described in Section 4.2, press the test button monthly to ensure the RCD mechanism is functioning correctly.
