1. Pengenalan

2.2. Pemasangan Apl dan Sambungan Bluetooth

To use your Phomemo M02 printer, you need to download the official "Phomemo" app. The app is compatible with Android 7.0 and iOS 13.0 or above.

1. Cari untuk "Phomemo" in your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
2. Muat turun dan pasang apl.
3. Pastikan Bluetooth didayakan pada telefon pintar anda.
4. Open the Phomemo app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device with the M02 printer. The printer will appear as "M02" or similar in the app's device list.

2.3. Memuatkan Kertas Termal

The Phomemo M02 uses thermal paper, eliminating the need for ink or toner. Ensure the paper is loaded correctly for optimal printing.

1. Open the printer cover by sliding the release button.
2. Remove the paper roll holder.
3. Insert a new thermal paper roll into the holder, ensuring the printing side (the smoother, pure white surface) is facing outwards and will feed correctly.
4. Place the loaded paper roll and holder back into the printer.

3.1. Basic Printing Functions

• Web Mencetak: Print content directly from web pages using the app's integrated web print feature.
• OCR (Pengecaman Aksara Optik): Scan text from documents or images using your phone's camera through the app, and then print the recognized text.

4. Penyelenggaraan

4.1. Mengecas Bateri

To extend the life of the printer's battery, charge it immediately when the indicator light turns red. If the printer will not be used for a long period, remember to charge it regularly to prevent deep discharge.

• Connect the provided USB cable to the printer's charging port and a power source.
• The indicator light will show charging status (refer to the app or printer's specific light indicators for details).

4.2. Membersihkan Kepala Cetak

Regularly cleaning the print head ensures optimal print quality and extends the printer's lifespan.

• Turn off the printer and open the paper compartment.
• Gently wipe the thermal print head (the black strip inside the cover) with a cotton swab lightly dampened dengan alkohol gosok.
• Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover and using the printer.

5. Penyelesaian masalah

5.1. Paper Not Recognized / Red Indicator Light

If the printer's indicator light remains red or it fails to recognize the paper roll after installation, it may require sensor calibration.

1. Remove the paper roll from the machine.
2. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the green light flashes continuously for 3 times. Release the button.
3. Reinstall the paper roll correctly, ensuring the printing side is facing downwards, and close the cover.
4. Power on the printer. The green light should remain on, indicating successful sensor calibration.

5.2. Kualiti Cetakan yang Buruk

• Check Paper Type: Pastikan anda menggunakan kertas terma Phomemo yang tulen.
• Kepala Cetak Bersih: Follow the instructions in Section 4.2 to clean the print head.
• Adjust Density: In the Phomemo app, check the print density settings and adjust them if the print is too faint or too dark.
• Tahap Bateri: Low battery can affect print quality. Ensure the printer is fully charged.

5.3. Isu Sambungan Bluetooth

• Mulakan semula Peranti: Turn off and on both your printer and smartphone.
• Pasangkan semula Peranti: Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair it through the Phomemo app.
• Kebenaran Apl: Ensure the Phomemo app has necessary Bluetooth and location permissions enabled on your phone.
• Jarak: Keep the printer within a stable Bluetooth range (typically within 5 meters) of your smartphone.
